  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ezekiel 40 to 46 gives the reasons. God does not change, Malachi 3:6 Note also Malachi 3:3-4, where the Lord will purify the Levites, so they will again be fit to make Offerings to the Lord.
I'm not a Levite.
Jesus, who is greater than Melchizedek, is my great high priest.
Are you saying those Prophesies won't happen?
I'm saying I disagree with your interpretation.
I think Jesus will Return in about 15/20 years.
Oh, so we don't need to be ready now, then? We can eat, drink and be merry - there is time to repent later?
If we're preaching the Gospel we can tell people they don't need to repent for another 10 years or so?
Such a doctrine contradicts everything Jesus said about being ready.
I base this on Revelation 8:1, where we are told the time period from the Sixth Seal to the Glorious Return, will be about a half hour in heaven. This time can be calculated to earth time by using the formula given in Psalms 90:4 and 2 Peter 3:8
Nonsense.
2 Peter 3:8 must be among one of the most misquoted verses ever.
"With the Lord, a day is like 1,000 years and 1,000 years are like a day".
LIKE. Like. Like Like. The words "as" and "like" are similes.
Not "1,000 years are equal to one day. And by the way, you can use that to work out the time of the 2nd coming, even though Jesus has said that no one knows."
The Lord is outside and above time. He is the Alpha and the Omega. God the Father knew the beginning, and end, of the world before he had even made it - and long before humans started messing around with calendars.
Luckily for you, 2040-45 is far enough away that either these forums won't be running then, we won't be alive then or we will have forgotten what you said. So that, humanly speaking, you will never be help to account for it.
And even if you were, you would probably say that it was "just a guess", like you did in 2012.
1/48th of a day in heaven equals 1/48th of a thousand years on earth.
Nonsense.
I merely point out the truths of scripture,
They are YOUR "truths", and you've been wrong once already.
It will, after the Lord intervenes when Iran tries to send nuke missiles to the holy Land. Zephaniah 3:8-10....My worshippers now dispersed beyond the River of Ethiopia*, will bring offerings to Me.
That verse doesn't mention Iran, nor nuclear missiles.
*The River [or sea] of Ethiopia, is the Atlantic Ocean on ancient maps. The reference here, is to America and Canada.
Your interpretation.
There is plenty of Bible Prophecy detailing the Great Second Exodus of the Lords peoples into all of the Holy Land. Ezekiel 34;11-15, Isaiah 11:11-12, Romans 9:24-26
Another interpretation.

At the end of your last post you said, "The time period has almost passed, now in 2025. We can expect the Lord to return soon".
Then you give all the reasons he may not return until 2040-2045.

Soon, is relative. 10 or 15 years is 'soon', in earth time and even 'fairly soon', in a lifetime.
The end times as Prophesied from Rev 7 to Rev 19:11 will take about 15 years at least.

The rest of your comments are not worthy of addressing.

Because Jesus did not come or Return in the first Century.
Quickly, here is the same as 'in a little while', in Gods timing, not our earthly timing.
They didn't see him when he was dead and in the tomb; they saw him again when he rose from the dead 3 days later.
Nothing in those words say that it is about end times.

So you can't, then.

Either that, or you, the Lord's messenger, have decided that it's not worth trying to explain the message.
Someone doesn't understand, agree with or is questioning your interpretation; it's not worth addressing it.
Yep, just like Jesus would have done.

Isaiah 60:1-22 Arise! Shine, Jerusalem, for your light has come – over you the glory of the Lord has dawned. Though darkness covers the earth, on you the Lord shines. Over you His glory will appear. Nations and kings will come to your light. Look – your sons and daughters are coming from afar, all assembling in the Land. You will rejoice at the sight. The wealth of nations will be yours. Droves of camels laden with treasure will come and flocks of sheep will cover the Land, acceptable offerings for My altar and to enhance the splendour of My Temple.

Who are these that sail along like clouds? They are vessels assembling from the coasts and islands bringing your children from far away, their treasures with them, for the honour of the Holy One of Israel. In My wrath, I struck you down, now in My favour I show you pity. Foreigners and kings will work for you.
Ref REBible,

Though darkness covers the earth, An after effect of the Sixth Seal disaster, Revelation 6:12, Joel 2:2, +

all assembling in the Land;
the great Second Exodus of the Lords peoples. Ezekiel 34:11-16

The wealth of nations will be yours’, This happened before; at the first Exodus, the Israelites took treasure from the Egyptians. Exodus 11:2

‘The splendour of My Temple’, One of the first projects of the new inhabitants of Beulah, will be to build the third Temple. The Temple mount will have been cleared and cleansed by the fires and earthquakes of the Lord’s punishment.

You have been given the Message about some of the end times things. You reject them.
I post the above, as one of my 800 + articles on the Prophetic Word. They all refute false theories and help to understand what will happen.
Unless, of course; people don't want to know.

Your theories are not valid or sound. Just the typical blood and guts for humanity and always strangely void of the real end time action which IS: The final destruction of the devil and his messengers.

Which final destruction will actually be Good News for ALL of humanity, as reflected in Rev. 5:13 and other end time statements by God in Christ, such as Matt. 25's sheep/goat separation

IF you simply started your analysis at Rev. 5:13 showing all of creation praising God and the Lamb, you'd have a totally different outcome in analysis. But that will never do for the doom, gloom and fear for your life crowd.

Bible Prophecy states many times the hard times we will all face before Jesus Returns. 1 Peter 4:12,, Isaiah 17:14 In the evening all is terror, in the morning it is gone. Such is the fate of our enemies, the lot of our plunderers.

Don't you want to know what God has planned for His Peoples? Before Satan and his minions are cremated.

Good and evil WILL be found within all of us. We can especially BANK ON the latter.
Don't you want to know what God has planned for His Peoples? Before Satan and his minions are cremated.
Already stated by Paul. ALL of Israel shall be saved.

As to your flesh only sight I wouldn't give 2 cents worth of credence.

The JEW is a JEW inside the box. That's where the Son of Promise will arise from. Inside. And it will be quick, and enmasse ala 1 Cor. 15:51, 2 Cor. 3:18

The Spirit of the Lord will CHANGE US and DESTROY our enemies, the devil and his messengers.

All this lollygag nonsense about physical temples and physical tribes are simply external physical sights that have NO PLACE in understanding spiritual things other than to prove their hollowness of understandings

Just like the Parables, Jesus makes it a bit harder for people to understand, so that all and sundry won't know the secrets of the Kingdom. Matthew 13:11-17
Of course He returned in the first century, just like nearly every page in the new testament proclaimed He would.
It's really easy to understand if you don't erase and replace the grammar, the time statements and the promises and warnings to the people to whom He gave them to.
ie: "Hold fast to what you have until I come". A promise to those in the church of Thyatira.
He's either kept that promise to them in the church at Thyatira or He's never kept that promise to anyone.

There will be a physical earth, inhabited by physical humans, until the end of Gods 7000 year time decreed for mankind.
AFTER the Millennium, then Eternity comes and Spiritual beings will then live forever.
Of course He returned in the first century,
Jesus told His disciples that He would send the Holy Spirit. He remains; sitting at the right hand of God, until His glorious Return.

Yes, the Holy Spirit would lead them into all truth and understanding of things to come. That only validates Christ's promise to Thyatira. Rev 2:24But I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned the so-called deep things of Satan: I will place no further burden upon you 25than to hold fast to what you have until I come.

There's nothing in scripture about Him returning to the earth in the flesh. In fact, the following verses point out that He remains in heaven forever seated at the right hand of God.
Ephesians 1:
20which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms, 21far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

22And God put everything under His feet and made Him head over everything for the church, 23which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

There's nothing in scripture about Him returning to the earth in the flesh.
A wrong and unbiblical statement, if I ever saw one!
Jesus Himself said He would Return and several Prophesies say how He will rule the world from Mt Zion; the Temple.

Who is it that says; BLESSED IS HE THAT COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD?
Matthew 23:39 & Luke 13:35 For I tell you, you will not see Me again until you say: Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord.”
Luke 18:8...when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on earth?

Who are the inhabitants of Israel and Jerusalem at the time of Jesus’s Return?

Zechariah 13:7-9... says how the Lord will judge and punish the House of Judah and the citizens of Jerusalem. Two thirds will die and the remainder will be refined, the remnant will call on the Lord and be accepted as His people. Ezekiel 21:1-7, Ezekiel 22:17-22. Isaiah 6:11-13, Jeremiah 12:14-16
This will happen at the Sixth Seal event. Zephaniah 1:1-18, Revelation 6:12-17
Then they will join with the House of Israel, the Christian peoples. Jeremiah 50:4-5, Ezekiel 37:15-28

Ezekiel 20:30-38 The House of Israel, the people that we know from Bible teaching, now refers to every faithful Christian, Isaiah 51:1-2, Romans 9:6-9, Galatians 3:26-29, are told how they have defiled themselves. Then, how they will be brought out of the peoples and lands where they have been dispersed to. They are tested and the righteous will be allowed to enter and settle into all of the Promised Land. Ezekiel 20:34-38, Isaiah 62:1-5, Isaiah 66:15-21, Ezekiel 34:11-31
Note, in v36...the same as I did in Egypt – see also Ezekiel 20:9....the Lord says- how I revealed Myself to the Israelites. That was in a cloud, not as a visible Person. So, these judgements are before the Lords Return. We know that was Jesus; 1 Corinthians 10:4

Zechariah 14:1-3 A Day is coming for the Lord to act and plunder taken from you will be shared out, while you stand by. I shall gather the nations to make war on Jerusalem- the city will be taken, houses ransacked and women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, the rest will stay.... Then, the Lord will Return in glory. He will destroy the armies of the nations. Revelation 16:13

Verses 1-2 fits for the time the Anti-Christ and his army comes to the holy Land, Daniel 7:25, to the new nation of Beulah, Isaiah 62:1-5, 3½ years after he has made a peace treaty with them. He will set up his image in the Temple at that time. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4, Daniel 11:31

Those who go into exile are righteous people; the ‘woman’ of Revelation 12. Those who remain must face further refinement and testing. Daniel 11:35 During this 3½ year Tribulation period, the two witnesses will preach in Jerusalem to them. When the two witnesses are killed there is an earthquake that kills 7000 people. Revelation 11:13, Revelation 16:18

Three and a half days later, Jesus will Return and call them to Him, along with all the faithful people who remain. Matthew 24:30-31
Mostly the ones kept safe for the past 1260 days. Revelation 12:14
Those who remain are the royal house of priests, who will reign with Jesus on earth. Revelation 5:9-10. THEY will welcome Jesus as He Returns in His glory, at the end of the Tribulation and the armies of all the nations will be there, Revelation 16:12-14, under the command of the Anti Christ. Revelation 19:19 Jesus destroys them and chains up Satan. Revelation 19:20-21

Matthew 24:30-31....the angels will gather those righteous people, Revelation 12:14, from their place of safety, to where He is - in Jerusalem.

Psalms 68:28-31 Summon Your power, show Your strength, O God, as you have done before. Kings will bring gifts to Your Temple. Rebuke those wild beasts, scatter those nations who make war. Envoys will come from the other nations in submission to God.
Reference, REB, some verses abridged
