I don't have to base my opinions of the guy on what almost everyone else thinks. I can see it myself. That so many people also consider him an embarrassment to the US doesn't surprise me in the slightest.

I don't see a difference between disliking him more and being more vocal about it. They mean the same.

Surely not. You like someone more because of what they have done over and above what caused you to like them in the first place. No-one likes someone more just because someone else likes them less. Makes no sense at all to me. But...you be you.

I can't read people's minds. I can only know their level of hatred by how they vocalize it. Or how violent they get.

Again, and I've got to make this my last comment on this matter, higher levels of hatred however presented shouldn't make you like someone more.

My sister thinks this country is under the 5th cycle of discipline. I did a lil reading. One of the attributes is incompetent leadership. It's not just Trump it's the GOP relinquishing their own power and SCOTUS enabling him. It all makes sense now.
