Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche posted a statement on X Saturday about the attack on the ICE Prairieland Detention Center and the ongoing Antifa attacks on the ICE detention center in Portland, Oregon:
“We are closely monitoring the attacks on DHS detention facilities in Prairieland, TX, and Portland, OR, and are coordinating with the USAOs and our law enforcement partners. The Department has zero tolerance for assaults on federal officers or property and will bring the full weight of the law against those responsible.”

These radical groups and those who help them need to be stopped.

Several in custody after North Texas police officer shot in neck outside ICE facility

Just before 11 p.m., the Alvarado Police Department said it was called to the 1200 block of Sunflower Lane, outside the ICE Prairieland Detention Facility, on a report of a suspicious person. When officers arrived, they saw a person who appeared to be carrying a firearm, according to a news release.

According to Alvarado police, several armed suspects were taken into custody after trying to flee the scene.

At this time, the suspects' names have not been released, and police are investigating the motive.

A federal law enforcement source told CBS News Saturday that local police arrested eight people. The official said some of those apprehended were wearing body armor.

So an armed group lures police into an ambush, and the police are able to arrest several of them without injury, with only one police officer being injured? This, along with the lack of any updates, makes me think there might be more to this story. Maybe members of this group were known to police? I guess we will have to wait and see as more information becomes available, but for now it seems a bit odd.

10 arrested after ambush on Texas ICE detention facility, officials say

All assailants fled the scene, though all have since been apprehended, the U.S. attorney said.

Bradford Morris, who goes by Megan, was one of the suspects that allegedly fled the scene, according to court records. He was stopped a short while later, with a magazine clip and Kevlar vests.

Morris allegedly told police that he met some people online who wanted to "make a little noise" at the detention center, according to court records.

Law enforcement found 12 sets of body armor, spray paint, a flag saying "resist fascism, fight oligarchy," flyers saying "fight ice terror with class war free all political prisoners," more fireworks, weapons and cell phones across multiple searches over the weekend.

The U.S. attorney's office has charged the individuals with three counts of attempted murder of a federal officer, and each of the suspects is also charged with three counts of discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

Search continues for 12th suspect in ambush at Alvarado ICE detention facility

Benjamin Hanil Song, a former United States Marine Corps reservist, has been charged in connection with his role in the shooting of an Alvarado police officer at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility, the Johnson County Sheriff's Office announced Thursday.

Officials say he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Song allegedly purchased four of the guns that were found in connection with the shooting, including two AR-style rifles found at the scene, according to officials.

An 11th suspect, Daniel Rolando-Sanchez Estrada, is the husband of one of the attackers, and was arrested on charges of conspiracy to tamper with evidence while attempting to execute a search warrant, according to ICE's account on X. He allegedly had "insurrectionist propaganda" at his home titled "Organizing for Attack! Insurrectionary Anarchy," ICE said.

He has now been arrested.

Song, from Dallas, was arrested after a weeklong search and has been charged with three counts of attempted murder of federal agents and three counts of discharging a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, the office said in a statement.
