What's your vote? Harvard is filthy rich. Why should taxpayers continue to fund them instead of feeding the homeless?
Because medical research is highly beneficial to all man kind. The breakthroughs that lead to GLPT-1 and the speed of the COVID vaccine both came from government funded university studies.

Not to mention I have yet to see a fund to feed the homeless that conservatives have not tried to cut or saddle with work requirements that cost more to administer then they save.

This story is not about funding, but rather about the ability for a private university to admit the students it chooses to admit.

The Covid vaccine is a bad example. It was a failure.

Shouldn't the American people have a say in who comes to our nation?

We do. Harvard can only admit students.

We The People can grant or deny student visas.

The current action does not deport any students from our nation; they are just being forced to transfer to some other university.

Is it ok with you that foreigners come here with student visas and then become political activists?
I doubt you’d be saying the same thing if they came and became pro life right wing activists.

So foreigners first, citizens last.
Constitutional rights are not a zero sum game. Citizens don’t lose anything by extending the same rights, protections and freedoms we all enjoy in this country to foreign students.

I disagree with the practice of foreigners coming here on a student visa and then engaging in American politics. They should be deported.

In other words you're saying that I have no integrity.
Well, we’ll see right now just how principled you are.

How do you feel about wealthy foreigners coming in and being given direct involvement in and influence over the federal government?
