Except the embargo of Gaza (an act of war)
Another liberal lie....
And obviously it affects the entire Gazan populace, not just Hamas and other terrorists who participated in the terror attack.
And the Gazans can stop it anytime they want by turning on Hamas and giving up their ID's, locations, movements, etc.....except they won't because they approve of Hamas killing Jews. I have no sympathy in my heart for the Gazans; they have brought all of this on themselves.

Suppose a Democratic president invaded Panama and killed a bunch of people, then China took their side and invaded the US with the object of reducing it to rubble and killing anyone who resisted. Would Republicans fight to defend their homes?

False dichotomy.

Its more like, Panama decided to declare the US doesn't have a right to exist. Then started attacking the US with rockets and bombs. Then taught their children how to hate the US and kill US citizens. Then they launched an attack on US soil, murdering raping and burning US citizens alive. Then kidnapped American citizens including children and rhe elderly.

THEN a Democratic President launched an attack on Panama. Would the Panamanians defend themselves? Probably, but their own deaths would be on their own heads.

So you are reduced to 'what if's' now? You must find your own arguments less than persuasive.

So the curtailment of food to the Warsaw ghetto was merely domestic policy? Subject to no criticism?

No, what find is an astonishing unwillingness of conservatives to face up to the actual history of the state of Israel, which I find rather strange as it doesn't justify the HAMAS attack any more than the imaginary history pedalled the conservatives.

You mean the 'progressive-leftist democratic party propaganda history'? Only you guys believe in that fairy tail.

Yes, that's the one. The one I've read about over the years, the one I've spoken about with Jews and Muslims in the region. Maybe you can tell me why it is a fairy tale. You can also tell me why it is so important to you to denounce real history as a fairy tale, since it doesn't justify the Hamas October attack any better than the one you tell. You have basically called me a liar to my face. Why? Why is it so important to you?

We've all read up on the actual histories and haven't all read the imaginary histories produced by leftist anti-semetics or Arabic propaganda.

The Hamas attack you mention is a singular event. The history does not justify ANY of the attacks that have occurred down through the years. It doesn't justify the deep seared hatred and murderous intent of the Palestinians. Throughout the years.

That's the question I am asking. what "actual histories?" Where are you guys getting this stuff?

Sure, but why is it so important to you that the agression is all one-sided? And has been "throughout the years?"

From history.

It is all one sided. The only thing Israel did was take what was offered. Even though the Arabs refused. And Israel was IMMEDIATELY attacked by the Arabs. The UN partitioned Palestine and By 1948 Israel had secured the area against the attacks of the Arabs. Then as soon as Great Britain left, the Arabs attacked again en mass. The aggressors again. And all through the years the Arabs attacked Israel over and over again. They just never stopped. In some of these fights that the Arabs started, Israel won and seized more territory. Which is the Arabs fault because they attacked.

This is known history.

Even though the Arabs refused. They "refused" the Mandate too and fought the British over it. Or is that part of "the imaginary histories produced by leftist anti-semetics or Arabic propaganda."

Yes, just goes show how bad they hate the Jews. And the anti-Semetic left wants to blame the Jews.

They hated the British mandate because the British were Jews? Jews fought the British Mandate as well (or are we not supposed to know that?) You're going to have to provide some sources. See, I've lived and travelled in Muslim countries over the years, always with my wife who is openly Jewish--and as recently as six months ago in Tunisa. We talked with both Muslims and Jews in those places about it--as well as doing our own reading. What have you got?

If a foreign entity laid claim to a parcel of land in the heartland of the United States, removed the people from that land, took their homes and farms that had been in their families for generations, and restricted their freedom and basic rights if they tried to re-enter that land, how would you expect the people that were removed from that land to react?
