I would argue that signs that say "end racism" is 0% effective in ending racism. Let's use some common sense for a second. Can you name one example of one person who ended their racist ways because they saw an advertisement saying racism is bad? I am willing to wager that nobody has.
It's not there to convince people to not be racist. What it actually does is prompt some people to say 'Hey, why is that there? Racism isn't a problem'. So the rest of us are reminded how far there is still to go.

Look on like a Gay Pride Event. They started off as a protest at the violence and prejudice with which they had to put up. Kind of 'We're here and we're not going away'. Now they're more of an excuse for a party. When we reach the point when no-one needs to emphasise the fact that they are gay or transgender to highlight existing problems then it'll mean that there are no problems worth mentioning.

So when you don't see signs that say 'End racism' that's when you'll know there's no problem to highlight. It'll be when people say 'What's that sign for?' As opposed to 'I object to that sign'.

If I put up a sign that said "There are only two genders," how much change do you think that would create?
One change would be that people would realise that some people are confused about what gender means. So that there'd be more to do to educate them.

What’s ridiculous is that the slogan was there all year and only removed/changed because of one, single, person.

Can you cite any evidence that the reason the slogan was changed because of one, single, person?

Good grief, some of their best friends are Asian and black and talk Spanish in the supermarket (but gee, why can't they speak English for heaven's sake. They should make an effort.).

Are you referring to President Obama's speech from March 2009?
You've got to -- and then you've got to say to the undocumented workers, you have to say, look, you've broken the law; you didn't come here the way you were supposed to. So this is not going to be a free ride. It's not going to be some instant amnesty. What's going to happen is you are going to pay a significant fine. You are going to learn English. (Applause.) You are going to -- you are going to go to the back of the line so that you don't get ahead of somebody who was in Mexico City applying legally. (Applause.) But after you've done these things over a certain period of time you can earn your citizenship, so that it's not -- it's not something that is guaranteed or automatic. You've got to earn it. But over time you give people an opportunity.
Now, it only works though if you do all the pieces. I think the American people, they appreciate and believe in immigration. But they can't have a situation where you just have half a million people pouring over the border without any kind of mechanism to control it. So we've got to deal with that at the same time as we deal in a humane fashion with folks who are putting down roots here, have become our neighbors, have become our friends, they may have children who are U.S. citizens. (Applause.) That's the kind of comprehensive approach that we have to take. All right. Okay. (Applause.)

I wasn't, but I assume that you posted it to highlight the 'learn English' comment. With which I have zero problem. If I emigrated to Mexico then I'd expect to have a reasonable degree of fluency in Spanish to become a citizen. Same if a Mexican wanted to emigrate to the US or Australia. I'd expect her to be able to speak English reasonably well (given sufficient time for learning it).

I know this is how you interpret it. But many people think, "This country is not inherently racist and we are sick and tired of this BLM, George Floyd worshiping, CRT alternative history, white shaming, nonsense that would make Martin Luther King reconsider if Black Americans were actually being judged by their character after all, given how they have been acting since 2020." So post these signs in front of a KKK rally and stop force feeding this to us. My Lord! Sports should be an escape from the political nonsense. But we can't even watch a darn basketball game without some black player taking a knee and whining about how oppressed they are as they are making multimillion dollar salaries in a country they believe to have a racism problem. I am so fed up with it.

Because it's a common enough trope. This is just one of umpteen examples I could post:

What I have no problem with is expecting immigrants to learn some basic English. Not idiots complaining about people speaking Spanish. How could you possibly confuse those two positions?

Because when your first priority is to make sarcastic remarks, clarity suffers.

Trust me. I know. Sarcasm is just one of the many services I offer.

So anyway, back to the OP. The title of the OP states that the reason that the NFL changed their end zone messaging from "END RACISM" to "CHOOSE LOVE" is because it "offended" President Trump. Does anyone have any evidence of this?

FTR, the NFL states this is the reason for the messaging change.

“‘Choose Love’ is appropriate to use in the Super Bowl as our country has endured in recent weeks wild fires in southern California, the terrorist attack here in New Orleans, the plane and helicopter crash near our nation’s capital and the plane crash in Philadelphia.”

Whatever the rationale behind the removal of the signs, the half-time show was absolutely loaded with messages and symbolism about racial subjugation.

IMO, if you want to send a message, that's how you do it, not some doofy signs.

Kendrick Lamar's halftime show was, IMHO, meh. But then, I don't like that style of music. The appeal is limited, meaning that all many people will take away from that halftime show is, well, nothing.

Then you should have recognised it as satire. And not confused it with sarcasm.

The music didn't do anything for me, either, but the design, choreography, and overall production were great.

Again, I'd have to disagree. For those who like Kendrick Lamar and his music, then they probably thought the show was great. My son and his friend thought it was one of the best halftime shows he's ever watched. But for me, it was 100% forgettable.
