Huh? Where did that come from?Inaccuracies? or things you don't like?
My comments about inaccuracies wasn't with regards to the clip you linked. I haven't seen that clip ever. I was talking in general. In the video I linked, she does a pretty detailed overview of the policies in question, including which aspect of the tests and certification process were impacted by the previous rules. Nothing they said in that clip was inaccurate from what I can tell.
I saw some of what Cenk was saying on a stage with Charlie Kirk, and I heard some of what Anna has been saying and I have found there to be inaccuracies. I don't care if they are pointing out some problems with the "left" or the "Democrat" party, I have no dog in that race.
The only think I am interested in, is if people are over generalising or just downright lying.
I don't think an investigation and report have been produced yet. I think it is too early for anyone to be saying that DEI policies had nothing to do with the crash. And they still weren't giving any support to Trump's statements claiming that DEI was to blame, they openly stated the DEI policies had nothing to do with this crash.
I don't know if DEI has lowered any standards. From what I read was the encouraging handicapped people for traffic control jobs did not lower any standards. But of course, to know or critique what Cenk and Anna have actually said I would need to watch the clip. I haven't watched it yet. They were just merely being honest about the fact that the "DEI lowered standards among air traffic controllers" wasn't some random conspiracy theory he pulled out of thin air.
I have. I don't watch much TYT. I find Cenk and Anna to be too emotional and shouty and triggered at times and that makes it hard for me to watch. I say the Florentine conversation with Cenk, Florentine came across really well. Cenk not so.I've not noticed any sort of "equivalence" attempts in their content.
I don't care. I am not saying that they are Right leaning or MAGA supporters, I don't care which way they lean. They still go after the GOP ten times more than they go after democrats (and more harshly in most cases)
Nope. I'm not a Democrat, I'm not a leftist. But perhaps the perceptions you've gotten from them is symptomatic of a broader form of "denialism" that's that the Democrats experiencing.
I'm not a progressive. I'm not a populist. I'm not anti establishment. Which is probably why I'm not a TYT fan and why I don't feel betrayed by TYT. I have no dog in this fight. If Progressive pundits using a fraction of their time to make critiques about their own party is being seen "both sides'ing", perhaps that's the problem.
He is uniquely bad. I don't think there has ever been an attack on the capital before to try and stop the peaceful transfer of power before. I don't think any president before has tried to get an alternate electors to fake official documents and to put pressure on their own VP to use that to ignore electorate votes and just declare himself the winner despite having lost the election.Where there seems to be this attitude of "The GOP/Trump is so uniquely bad,
I think anyone and everyone should be fair game for honest criticism.we shouldn't even spend any time talking about the Democrats until Trump is out of the way,
I have no idea what you are on about.therefore any critiques of democrats should just be immediately dismissed as both sides'ing or whataboutism"
The 2024 election just tells us that most voters in USA who were bothered to vote and who were not suppressed, voted for Trump for whatever reason which is unknown....while that may be the dominate thought process in Democratic echo-chambers in coastal states, the 2024 election results would indicate that sentiment isn't as omnipresent among the rest of the country.
