Ah PNAC. Youre bringing back memories. Whats with American "conservatives"? They uncritically lap that stuff up, feel burned by it 30 years later, swing in the totally opposite direction where they will acquiesce to actual foreign malevolence. They cant seem to get a grip. My sense of it anyway.

If Tulsi Gabbard had pro-Russian views, why did the US Army Reserves promote her to her current rank of Lt. Colonel? She was promoted to that rank on July 4th, 2021.

Russia is known to be one of the enemies of NATO and the USA. Therefore, being pro-Russia would indeed be a real problem for a US army officer.

If her "sympathies" are well documented, then perhaps you can provide the proof. Also, in my long career in the US Army and the US Army National Guard, I have never met any soldier or officer who was sympathetic to Putin or Assad. The Army Reserves would not have promoted an officer to Lt. Colonel, which is still her current rank, if she was truly sympathetic to Assad and Putin.
