No one made him pay off a porn star to keep that out the news (as if it would matter to his voters) he did it on his own volition. No one made him defame someone who the court concluded he did in fact sexually assault, he did it on his own volition. No one made him try to strong arm the president of Ukraine for self benefit, he did it on his own volition. No one made him participate in a fake elector scheme to steal the 2020 election, he did it on his volition. No one made him refuse to give back top secrets, lie about it, try to have his lawyer lie about it, have his employee move them, then ask his employee delete the tape of the move, then tell top secrets about nuclear subs to a foreigner, he did it on his own volition. So maybe, just maybe it's about Trump and not the ramifications of his bad decision making which always, always, is about his self interests.

Debatable if and what of these things are true or false. Courts have and do make decisions in error ... many people have been convicted of crimes in error.

The money "strewn around" by the Inflation Reduction Act is authorized by Congress - the president has an actual obligation to distribute funds as directed by the act. This entails investment in green energy and climate mitigation efforts which the incoming president has sworn to kill. So, good for President Biden!
