I know that the Bible doesn't mention sun-dogs but I place my source on God's word of there being a firmament so therefore sun-dogs are IMO a reflection off the firmament as are moon-dogs & rainbows.

The meaning seems to be uncertain. Translations differ as to how they render it. The TRC translation, for example, says: "Hast thou helped him to spread out the heaven, which is to look upon, as it were cast of clear metal?" Anyway, these are the words of Elihu, one of the "friends" of Job.

Sorry but I need a simplification of "systemised incremental consulting." I know what the individual words mean, but what do they mean together, in the context of the fundamental laws of physics?

His simple experiment fails on so many levels.

• He doesn't reproduce anything resembling the horizontal sundogs.
• We are "supposedly" inside the dome, yet he is refracting light outside the dome, plus it is in the opposite direction to his light source. Sundogs do not appear in the opposite direction to the sun. He seems to think there is a big projector screen outside the firmament.
• You guys claim the sun and moon are in the firmament, not outside it, so again his experiment is not 'reflecting' what you claim is reality.

The weatherman's explanation is 100% correct. If it was, as you claim, light refracted by or reflected off the 'firmament', we would see this phenomenon every day.
