Just looking at the headings of your list of quotes: "Earth created before the sun" says nothing about earth's shape, nor does "Universe is complete", "Earth's measurements unknown", "Earth measured with a line" (you can place a linear tape-measure around a ball to measure it), "Everyone sees Jesus", "New Jerusalem a Huge Cube", "Creation Worshippers" or "God's Word is always Faithful and true." "Earth has corners" shows more than the earth being flat, if literally true, a flat disc has no corners, so the earth would need to be a square or some other geometrical shape with straight sides like a pentagon or a triangle!

Bible refers to a flat Earth cosmology, because that is how the ancient Mesopotamian cultures (Egypt, Babylonia, Assyria, Israel) thought about it.

However, this does not belong to "non-mainstream and controversial science", because the ancient Mesopotamian cultural (biblical) ideas are not science.

Funny. In another thread folks were saying they'd never seen a christian flat earther and that's all I've seen.

None of these verses offer proof of a flat earth. They just describe what people could see...like how the sky looks like a done over YOU when you look up.

There are too many verses to parse but but which few do you find the most compelling?

I agree but if you read the verses they tell us that the sun stopped, how can this be ? The sun must travel in the sky.

Its obviously written from the author's perspective. As it appeared from the ground. Not from a cosmological perspective of somebody floating somewhere above the solar system.

So far, I have only read Isaiah 60

This (v20) is not even talking about the physical sun and moon. v19-20 is about God being your 'sun and moon'. Both verses have 'the Lord will be your everlasting light'. v1 starts with 'Arise shine, for your light has come'. This is part of the visions that Isaiah saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem (1v1) and wrote in poetic language. The subject of prophecy is beyond the scope of this thread.

Bible bingo does not lead to good theology.

A verse out of context is a pretext.
