There has been a slight change since last winter.

First the headline on the YT video doesn't match the actual content. It is 80% of the energy infrastructure has been *damaged* or destroyed. (It doesn't distinguish what kind of energy infrastructure, and not all 80% is "destroyed".) It does quite a reduction of electrical generation capacity to 50% of the pre-invasion level.

Second, most of rest is lines from a report about what might happen and what partial blackouts might be needed to distribute the available power throughout the country.

Third the whole video was nothing more than a few text-slides animated to lousy stock music. The whole thing could have been a 500-1000 word article.

Finally, looking at the rest of the Ukraine related content on this Indian YT channel, it leans pretty hard toward Russia. A lot of "rah rah Russia" short videos, etc.

Actually, as I monitor news from around the world, I find that India, tends to lean more toward a Western bias. They did however recently refuse the US call to sensor RT in their own country. Maybe I'm just detached enough from succumbing to Western propaganda, that I can see it more clearly. If you monitor Indian News regularly; you will see that they regularly report on American politics, elections, and policies. With Russia, not so much.
