If it's based on someone's rights, does it matter what a majority thinks?The question remains from that old post: Where is the "no you voted wrong so we are ignoring it" option found in the powers of the Kansas legislature?
Kansas, as far as I can tell, is a rather pro-life conservative state. Some even says it's in the Bible Belt even though it's in the Midwest.
I'm just rambling now.
