I'll ignore the incorrect useage of terms, but I will point out that you have a serious problem with the number of those who are Republican who think it should be legal in all/most cases.

Sure. If the unborn don't want abortions, you have every right to support their right not to have one. In that way, they already have equal protection under the law.

Not in the legal sense, in any jurisdiction. And it is a medical procedure, performed by medical professionals.
