Of course it was manipulated. There was no actual cloud over her head, but your video shows one. The video was manipulated.

All one needs to know is understanding the words.

Every single video you watch is "manipulated", or more accurately, "edited". At a bare minimum, every video has 2 cuts; the start and end. That, in and of itself, means that EVERY video you see is"manipulated" to show you a specific point in time that the editor wants you to see.

Let's address the content we could see in the clip, which is all you can ever do with any video clip. Harris said in the video that your files are "no longer in a physical place" when they are in the cloud, and they're just floating "above us". Anyone who understands cloud storage knows that's complete nonsense, regardless of whether someone edited in a happy cloud above her head in the video.

Cloud storage simply means that you've chosen to trust someone else to host your files on their servers. They're still on a "physical place". Depending what cloud storage provider you choose, they're sitting on a server managed by Microsoft, or Apple, or some other storage provider.

No additional context changes what Harris said. It's just wrong. Files aren't floating above your head.

The poll showed that 49% of those polled had a negative view of Vice President Harris, while 32% had a positive view, giving her a net rating of -17, which was the lowest in the polls history, which only goes back to when Al Gore was vice president.

In Oct. 2019, 34% had a positive view of then-Vice President Mike Pence, while 38% had a negative view, for a rating of -4, per NBC News.

In Dec. 2010, then-Vice President Biden's rating was +1, with 34% having a positive view and 33% having a negative view.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney's rating was +23 in May 2003, with 47% of registered voters having a positive view of him, compared to 24% having a negative.

In March of 1995, former Vice President Al Gore's rating was +15, with 42% having a positive view and 27% having a negative one.

When you open an Excel spreadsheet on your phone that you open from your OneDrive, it comes from the physical server that Microsoft hosts it on. It's delivered to you through a series of hops over various connection points before it reaches either your local cellular tower or your home router and is then delivered to you via a wireless connection. But your file doesn't just float above your head. It resides on a physical server, or a "physical place" if you prefer.

If Trump wants to win, he will answer questions succinctly and allow Kamala to talk all she wants... I'm not holding my breath thinking that'll happen.

While I still think she’s clueless about cloud storage (which is scary considering the context and what she’s hoping to accomplish), it does appear that the context shows things in a different light.

The poll doesn't show how good or bad of a vice president she is, it's showing people's favorable or unfavorable opinion of her.
