I think it's strange to suggest that Democrat leaders incite violence when they speak to the press. Given how small their viewership is, I find it strange that rhetoric that is spoken DIRECTLY to the citizenry that is clearly inflammatory, can be ignored but comments put to reporters who filter (whether we want them to or not) suggests major problems.

I don't know. But Trump believes in our electoral system, there has been a major effort by Trump supporters to make sure the next election is lawful and fair.

Because that is how you escalate violence. Yaaay team! We get shot and still learn nothing from the experience. America wouldn't have lasted 100 years if guys like Scalise were forming our government back then. These people in government are not right.

What does that say about us voters? We get the government we deserve I reckon. Let's double down on stupid... again...and again...and yet again. People want this violence apparently. There is no justification for any of the violence. Hislegacy is correct in stating there are no innocent parties here. None! It's not democrats' fault or republicans' fault. It's our own fault for standing by and allowing ourselves to deteriorate into this morbid, tribal society without adequate leadership in DC. We can do better as American individuals and we can do much better as one nation under God, Indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. If we still believe any of those words. If you run around declaring that electing this person will end democracy be the end of America as we know it, you should not be surprised when someone decides that they need to step in and single-handedly do what's necessary to save democracy.

Jon Stewart said it best in his first show back when he said this:
