I would hope they would include the economy and spending. I won't predict what a man will say while in cognitive decline. I know this is about Biden but as far as Trump's tariffs which have been in the news, he's wrong.

Using tariffs as the main source of revenue for the government would be regressive, (the poor would have a higher share of footing-the-bill than the people who have money to burn).

I think mostly the fact that, when Trump talks how great they are, he talks about foreign companies paying them -- not the truth that tariffs are paid for by Americans.

I think my question is, will Trump show up for the debate? His campaign is complaining about the moderators, despite agreeing to it earlier -- some think this is the first step by Trump to provide cover for skipping the debate. I have to think he is worried Biden may perform well and that, if that happens, it will hurt the narrative of Biden being completely senile. The thought is Trump believes he shouldn't give Biden a chance to look Presidential in a debate, so he can more easily keep pushing the "Biden has dementia" narrative.

While hiding his own.

Why do you believe a drug test would violate the 4th Amendment?

Noticing the changes in Biden in a single day is not an excuse made by Trump.

The infrastructure bill that Biden championed invests money into the country while Trump's tax cuts merely take away revenue that could've paid down the debt.

I agree in part but the over-emphasis on the EVs was a bad return on investment because many consumers aren't buying them because of energy costs. Both parties are adding to the debt and the R's don't realize that we all need to raise taxes on everyone to pay down the debt. Or our government needs more fiscal responsibility on how our tax dollars are spent in our country and abroad. Or a little of both.

I understand. This silly idea is perpetuated by Donald and his minions, who have zero right to compel this invasive test. Heck, Donald couldn't even be charged for his criminal behavior while in office yet here he is demanding the other president's rights be ignored. It's not surprising from him, but it's a bit surprising to hear from supposedly normal people.
