Was it? They talked about the credibility of one person and you immediately associate that to all "Trump Haters".It's a perfectly reasonable counter to what I was responding to.

Yep. Because anyone who's not anti-Trump is dismissed based on that alone as seen in that post. The left can't spew pure vitriol at Trump and those not against him, and not expect to be called Trump haters when it's plainly obvious they hate his guts. Was it? "MAGA" is used as a slur to non anti-Trump people. Why? Are you ashamed of what you want Trump to do for you?
Well, it is often used here as a badge of honour. Who first coined it, I wonder? Who wears it on a baseball cap with a suit and a ridiculous tie?"MAGA" is used as a slur to non anti-Trump people.
I knew that Dershowitz was a legal ally of Trump before this, but I had no idea that Trump brought him into the reserved seating. I wouldn't take as independent analysis anyone sitting in the prosecution section either. (Nor anyone entangled in a legal challenge against Trump, like Michael Cohen, or E Jean Carroll, or his niece Mary Trump, whom he recently sued.)Right only Trump haters have any credibility.
I disagree but I will leave it as something not really worth arguing.Yep. Because anyone who's not anti-Trump is dismissed based on that alone as seen in that post. I think a Harvard law professor with 60 years of experience choosing to be an ally of Trump is a positive reflection on Trump. Ben Shapiro who's a lawyer has also pointed out how the trial went as it shouldn't have. Even Elon Musk who's rather brilliant wrote:I knew that Dershowitz was a legal ally of Trump before this, but I had no idea that Trump brought him into the reserved seating. I wouldn't take as independent analysis anyone sitting in the prosecution section either. (Nor anyone entangled in a legal challenge against Trump, like Michael Cohen, or E Jean Carroll, or his niece Mary Trump, whom he recently sued.)
Until this morning, I held out that there was some possibility that Dershowitz was just providing analysis from his prospective as a defense lawyer, but the videos you guys have posted on this thread in the last day destroy that fully. In them he lied about the jury selection process *he watched himself*, he clearly stated that he'd determined the whole thing was unfair and targeted from before it started, and then that he's sat in the friends and family of the defendant section of the courtroom. His pronouncements are no more fair and balanced than those of his attorneys. (Actually his attorneys still have to appear before the judge, so they could be sanctioned for telling some of the lies Dershowitz told about the process.)
The short answer is that allies and sycophants *don't* have credibility as fair analysts and that Dershowitz is definitely in that category.
Generally that doesn't happen until the pro-Trump posters advance their reasons for being pro-Trump.Yep. Because anyone who's not anti-Trump is dismissed based on that alone as seen in that post. If ya can't stand the heat...I disagree but I will leave it as something not really worth arguing.![]()
Save America how?
Trump's going to save the republic the dems and libs are taking down the drain. For some reason everything being unaffordable, rampant crime, rampant homelessness, rampant drug addiction, and all the weird stuff aimed at little kids etc just isn't appealing to us any longer.
Nah I see it all the time in threads that are an anti-Trump echo chamber.Generally that doesn't happen until the pro-Trump posters advance their reasons for being pro-Trump.

You know, I’ve heard this from so, so many republicans in the past few years especially after he left office so disgracefully and yet somehow, Trump isn’t just ahead of his challengers on the right, he’s completely cleared the field for himself and that only happens with millions upon millions of republicans going out, supporting and voting for the guy in the primaries over all his challengers. You’ve all had many chances to prove he’s not your main man yet, here we are. A convicted felon is somehow your only choice in this election.I’m not MAGA. I’m supporting Trump because of the alternative. He’s not my ideal candidate
Current liberalism is to blame for all that I listed. So you think the Dems are responsible for all that? The Republicans are just accountable for them as well. By pushing feel-good laws that don't solve the underlying problems, both parties are making the issues worse and creating more suffering.
