That's your 'bet' but is there any evidence one way or the other?
There is absolutely nothing to connect the graffito to the demonstrations in Oxford beyond the trivial fact that both happen to be in Oxford. As somebody who visits Oxford regularly I can tell people here that posters and graffiti of all kinds can be found, from crude 'tagging' to all kinds of extremes - political and religious.

Swastikas, crosses, pentagons, hammers and sickles, the Star of David; they are all there. Take your pick and draw a conclusion!

If it’s in the news, we have to fight about it, though.
Choose a side and have-at-it.

Watching is “fun” too.

DEI and CRT are “fascist” now?
(imma need a newer bingo card)

Yes because everything is fascist didn't you hear? Conservatives and right leaning Americans according to the left. Traditions and national identity. Religion and faith.

Why can't DEI and CRT be fascist? The word has lost all meaning in the true sense of it. Maybe you would prefer it to be more accurately attributed to Marxism. A class warfare. The oppressed and the oppressor.

It is clear today just how many hate Jews, there are massive numbers of such students and professors at our universities. They push racism through CRT and DEI and in just a few years of it we can see the results.
ROFL. You have no idea what you're talking about and then you extrapolated on that to come up with a theory that is silly.

I'm sorry but I can't learn about how blacks are over represented in the criminal justice system from a bbq pork bun!

So I’m still asking if the swastikas were put there by pro-Palestinians or others. Does anyone know or is everybody presuming one way or the other?
I would presume it was one of the authentic pro-palestinian supporters. I have never in my life seen a Pro-Palestinian Muslim denounce the Nazi's. Have you..? Why would they?

I don't think either side would do it. It makes no sense to. That would be completely delegitimatizing their position if they did. What purpose would there be? Which is why I believe that it is most likely unrelated.
Show me a case of a pro-palestinian Muslim who openly denounces the Nazi's.

I think that is adjacent to my point - the fact that they would not openly expose themselves in that way - ruining any chance of support they would otherwise have garnered.

Their entire movement hangs on the image they are presenting.

Hence why it was done in the bathroom, and not openly at the protests... Through rage, and in secrecy? A newfound respect for white Europeans has been realized from all the support they're receiving?

OK. That's your 'bet' but is there any evidence one way or the other? Or just everybody trying to make sure the swastika guys aren't on their dance card?
Well, it could me Mrs. White. Or perhaps even Professor Plum!

What relevance would it have in most cases to denounce Nazis?

Hitler was very popular with a certain Mufti, the Hajj Amin al-Husayni, who was the spiritual father for Y. Arafat and the PLO.

Now it's quite possible that there is a pro-Palestinian who denounces the Nazis. But that would be a bit of swimming upstream.

I heard that Charles Lindbergh was an AH fan too, at the beginning.
I’m pretty sure he denounced the regime later on, though.

He was a great big fan, although I never did hear that he later denounced Hitler. I hope he did. I've toured his home in Little Falls, MN. Great aviator. Not so great statesman.

Maybe related and maybe not, Minneapolis was a very anti-Semitic city. Jewish people were not welcome there. They went to either St. Louis Park or St. Paul, which were far more welcoming. And far more Catholic than mostly Lutheran Minneapolis. This anti-Semitism finally decreased under the mayorship of Hubert Humphrey, later VP and a presidential candidate, but before he became mayor it was very nasty. (I became a Humphrey Democrat, a now extinct species.)

Margaret Sanger and AH had a bit of a mutual admiration society thing going on as well.

He had moxie, luck and daring, of course America was going to vaunt him into the stratosphere with fame and adulation. But such men can also be blind to their own faults and attitudes that the society (in which they were raised), foisted upon them without serious regard for how such “thinking” plays out, over time.

I’m sure he was a thoughtful man, (I’ll have to get a biography on him!)

Yes, it only takes a generation or two to eliminate prejudices that had been inculcated into one’s heritage-community for well over a thousand years to despise the Jews. It was probably easier to do in the new country since we’re all mixed together without strict “boundaries”.

Oh, lookie, you’re name dropping again, okay, Henry Ford.

Two of the symbols were reportedly found in the unisex lavatories at Regent’s Park College by a member of staff on Tuesday morning and were removed.

The college condemned the act as “completely unacceptable”.
From the Yahoo News citing the Daily Telegraph in the originating post.

That was scant evidence for an outbreak of Nazi ideology in Oxford University. Nor is it connected by the article to the Pro-Palestinian demonstration outside the Pitt-Rivers Museum which is not part of the college.

As for the admiration of AH - there were loads of folk taken in by him in the thirties. These days, not so many. And how pathetic they look!
