Your entire post was full of speghetti. Study the Bible to understand what it says - don't study the Bible to make up things and change the context of it.

David taught me the advantage of following the Law of God. Dr Ornish taught me the advantage of diet and exercise. My brother does not follow the right diet and he has lots of stints to prove it. I have one stint and I learned my lesson. 20 years later I have no stints, no balloons, everything is clear. Are there advantages? Yes there are. If you break the rules be ready to pay the price for that.

Of course. Its obvious that the majority of text in it is not even ascribed to be God's quotations. From whole books like Ruth or Song of Songs to for example personal notes of Paul in his letters.

The closest to the term "God's words" would be prophetic utterances sections, if written down precisely and preserved properly. Which is commonly not the case. Huge portions of Jeremiah or Isaiah are different in various textual families.

That is the reason for Noah's flood.

All we need is the sermon on the mount. Nothing is added to that. Jesus spoke every word of that sermon. Jesus tells us to love God, love our neighbor and love ourselves. This is what is required of us.

Other than for discussion, the Bible helps me to have a positive attitude and that helps me to be healthy. Even doctors love to feed off of a negative attitude so they can cash in and make money from your insurance company. Of course someone somewhere is paying for all of that. But no one seems to care as long as it does not come out of their pocket.

Day one was 8 billion, day two 4 billion. The heavens and the earth were created on the first day. 4.5 was just the beginning. The moon hit the earth, approximately 100 million years after the Earth formed. It is amazing the way OEC and dispensationalism seem to follow each other when one is in the billion and the other in the thousands. I have noticed how closely aligned they are.

That’s not what I’m seeing here in the thread. It seems the majority of the people in this thread think the Bible came from God. As far as I can see you’re the only one who seems to think otherwise. Apparently your position isn’t as popular as you might’ve thought.

Like I've said from the beginning. The Bible teaches us that the Earth (and the whole Universe) was created in 6 days, approxmiately 6000 years ago. It really is that simple. Not sure why everyone likes to complicate this. History supports this timeline so I'm not sure why anyone would have a problem with this timeline.

This specific thread is hardly a solid evidence for the global views of the Bible. Its called a social bubble.

Like the YEC or the Flat Earth or the KJVO are basically non-existent outside of the USA, so also this strange biblical subjective literalism is. And my guess is its spread only in some specific parts of the USA.
