Both professional and amateur astronomers, cosmonauts/astronauts, MIR and ISS inhabitants, satellites, telescopes on our orbit, moon and mars rovers, various cosmic probes from many nations...

No, not ignorant, if that were the case they would have an excuse for their error. This is not a matter of error due to ignorance it’s nothing more than intentional deception because they have repeatedly demonstrated that they do possess the mental capacity to understand the truth. My 5 year old son knows the earth is a sphere and he can’t even read or write yet. These people are adults who don’t appear to have any mental handicaps since they are perfectly capable of explaining how the flat earth model is supposed to work and they are well educated in the verses that they present as evidence to support their claim. Significantly mentally challenged people wouldn’t be capable of this. They’ve been proven wrong countless times in numerous ways and they just refuse to accept the truth. Therefore the only logical conclusion is that they are deliberately and intentionally spreading the lie by their own choice. Conspiracy theorists do this all the time because they like to promote controversy and pretend they know things that nobody else knows because it makes them feel like they’re smarter than everyone else. This way they can pretend that they are more superior than everyone else who they claim are blind to what’s going on around them but the truth is this is all just a fantasy conjured up in their own mind like a daydream and they like to sit around with their other cult members patting each other on the back spreading false rumors about the whole world around them. You can see this same mindset on their theological discussions as well where they hold to the most ridiculous theological beliefs and completely refuse to acknowledge the passages of scripture that refute those beliefs. They choose to live in their own fantasy world and completely ignore the teachings of Christ pertaining to lying because they don’t phase them one bit. The problem is they think they can fool everyone else into thinking that they actually believe this so nobody can really say that they’re lying but they can’t fool God. Obviously when you see a picture the picture itself is evidence that it was taken, not that it matters because your only asking a question that no matter what answer anyone gives your whole argument against it can be summed up by simply saying “nuh uh”. That’s your whole argument in a nutshell. The day flat earthers can present a map of the earth that is to scale is the day I’ll retract my statements and become a flat earther myself. Do you really think they are ignorant of the truth? The evidence stacked against flat earth is astronomically overwhelming. Pictures are nothing compared to all the other evidence like the outrageous conspiracy theory that would involve literally millions of people being in on it and literally thousands of new people being brought into it every single day, the simple map problem that they can’t produce a map of the earth that is to scale. The last grade I completed was the 9th grade, I dropped out of high school and I worked concrete demolition for 29 years and now I’m a truck driver. It doesn’t take a college degree to understand that it’s absolutely impossible to take the surface of a ball and make it into a flat circle without stretching it or cutting slices all around the edge of the circle. Or that sunrises and sunsets are impossible on a flat earth. They know all of this, I don’t understand why you keep saying they are ignorant. Days, talking snake, trees of xyz, woman from the side of man, lights in the firmament... the text is full of various quite obvious symbolism.

There is a genre very common in the era the Genesis was written in - creation mythos. There is basically no probability that its meant to be literal or even technical, but a very high probability they wrote the genre they liked and that was common for them.
