Comes down to evidence. As you see, the witnesses point out that they didn't talk business. I have called my son when it happened that he was in or about to be in a meeting with business associates. We didn't talk business. Of course, it's true that I'm his father, so that's understandable.
A prosecutor who takes something like that to court and says "Judge, we don't have any evidence, but do you actually think..." probably won't like the outcome.

That's evidence that Biden was peddling his influence to assist his son. It's called circumstantial evidence. It happened more than once and surprisingly when it did Hunter got what he wanted.

It's cute how you conflated these two things. President Biden and Hunter speak on the phone every day. About 20 times, the call happened to coincide with one of hunters business meetings. It's not like the then Vice President was calling specifically during the or for the business call.

Devon Archer said no business was discussed during those calls.
