By 'channel', I'm assuming you mean TV. I'd recommend a print or online source over TV. Ad Fontes has a media bias chart, which is constantly updated, which can give you a good idea of where a given source leans and how accurate it is. Left and right of center are self-explanatory, and the lower on the page, the less accurate it is. Note that WSJ is slightly right but reasonably accurate. Fox News (TV) is extreme right and inaccurate. CNN skews left and at the borderline level of reliability. Personally I subscribe to NYT, Wapo, WSJ, and I also read The Hill, Reuters, BBC, and AP.
