So this "we're made of stardust" is going to get pwned as well.
Wesley preached a sermon that the very elements that make us up now will be resurrected.

Revelation 12:4 His tail swept down a third of the stars of heaven and cast them to the earth.

Oh, I did not know you do not have any kids. The Bible makes it clear that you have to become as a child to enter into the things of God. You become disqualified if you can not think on the most basic and simple of terms. I was did fifth grade, third grade, first grade and preschool level and you do not understand?

So god only accepts children or those with child-like minds? (That figures. That's how they got me. It took 20 years to get free.)

Welcome to the 20 th century. This is the way life is now. Chatbots do our research for us.
This is not true. While there is some use of machine learning in science, I don't know of *anyone* using "chatbots" to do *anything* in research. All the Chatbots can do is try to string together words, phrases, and sentences into something consistent with its training set. They can't be truly creative.

So why is that a problem for you? Why are you using a computer if you do not want to take advantage of all the resources available to us? Do you drive a clunky old car or do you drive the latest most up date version?

Chatbots can certainly be used to assist with learning the latest research. They have access to a vast amount of research and academic literature in various fields. They can help you find and access relevant research papers based on your search queries.

I think you should test yourself against the chatbot to see who scores higher on language evaluation metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, METEOR, etc., which are commonly used in the natural language processing (NLP) field to evaluate the quality of the machine-generated text. Show us that you can score higher and outperform the computer. Or maybe you can show us how you can outperform the computer playing chess.

Do you use a laundry machine to wash your clothing or do you wash them out by hand in a wash bucket? If you're going to join us in the 21 century, then you have to keep up with the latest advances. If you do not want to, that is fine, but you cannot dictate to me what I do. My wife is from a third-world nation. I do not see her wanting to go back to the old way of doing things.

Perhaps we should go back to being hunter-gathers. Or maybe we could use an animal to pull our plow. That seems to be the direction you are heading with this.

More like 20 years to get into bondage you may never be free from. God sets people free, man puts them into bondage.

We will not have a physical body in Heaven. At the resurrection our physical body will be raised back up again. Although I have been brought back to life so many times I cannot keep track.

As I said in my full statement, it is just rearranging things. It isn't really "chatting" with you. It isn't having ideas. It isn't thinking.

These "chatbots" are just a curiosity. I have no need to "converse" with one.

My computer came with video editing software and a creepy digital assistant and I don't use either of them, because I have no need for them.

Do you drive a clunky old car or do you drive the latest most up date version?
Not sure why this matters. Don't know if it's "clunky" but I've owned it for longer than I've been on this website. Why would I need a new "up-to-date" one when the current one works perfectly fine. It doesn't have one of those "newfangled" electric motors or self-shifting transmissions. Importantly it doesn't have any touchscreens. Those are really dangerous ideas for drivers to interact with.

My son is a computer engineer. He uses a program at work. You are using a program to have this discussion.

Except there's a difference between the programme I use, which is 100% my own input and output for what I write and say, and the programme you use, which you use to speak for you.

I'm still curious as to how you're any more creative than a Chatbot.

As I see it creativity has the same problem that free will does, it's either deterministic or it's random. In other words both you and the Chatbot are either acting according to an algorithm of some type, or you're acting randomly. So which of those two things do you believe a Chatbot can't do?

Conversing with someone using Chatbox is like playing Chess with someone using a Chess program.

Sometimes you just have to shrug your shoulders and say to yourself, "Fine, I'll play him, or I'll play his computer. I'll do my best to beat either one."

So is Hans Niemann cheating or isn't he? And if you can't tell, then what's the difference?

It's not a question of cheating. It's a question of sincerity. Using a ChatBot to do your talking for you, as Diamond7 does, is very insincere since you're not getting the other person's actual thoughts and feelings on a topic.

As Diamond7 does when he uses his ChatBot to just copy and paste Wikipedia text.

Question #1: How do you know that I'm not a Chatbot. (Keep in mind that as time goes by that question is going to get harder and harder to answer)

Question #2: How do you know that you're not a Chatbot? (Again, that question is going to get harder and harder to answer)

Correct I quote authority so your argument is with them and not me personally. Of course, that means I have to find a qualified source that agrees with me. Opinions come and go, but the Bible remains pure and true in the original text after many thousands of years.

Basing it on intuition that I'm 99.9% sure that you are not a chatbot.

I am definitely not a chatbot because I wrote this statement. CHEESE TURNIPS BROKEN MONKEY SPOON.

Yes, it will get harder in the future to tell if anyone is or is not a chabot, but that day has not come yet.

Except that it's not a question of authority, it's a question of sincerity. You spout nonsensical comments, like the one above, which do not relate to what anyone says and you use a chatbot to do your talking for you. Neither of which show that you a person who wants a sincere and genuine conversation with anyone. If you did, you would actually put in the time and effort to actually converse with people.

And you would also actually make the effort to respond to a person's full comment instead of just picking a single set of words that's not even a sentence and respond to that.
