They just filed a lawsuit on behalf of Jan 6th defendants for literally fabricating evidence. Apparently, McCumber claimed that there was no reason why they had to dismiss congress and in his experience, 6 previous times have protesters been literally inside the Congressional chambers and then been removed.


If the feds involved in investigating this case fabricated evidence....they undermine credibility in literally every case they prosecuted. They violated due process.

Like I said, not my words. Which, incidentally, were not about fraud per se, but about belief that the election was stolen. Yeah, I know. I'm picky. But so many people are playing fast and loose with facts... But those words kinda rung a bell with me.

Brady has to do with material evidence. Can you explain how this footage is material to either guilt or punishment?
