The ones the democrat left lib woke think either don't exist or are a good thing.

If there was a problem with inflation, the GOP would have proposed solutions. So clearly it's not a problem.

If there was a border problem, Trump would have fixed it during his 4-year term. So clearly it's not a problem.

I guess the biggest problem facing the US is that we need to impeach Hunter Biden.

That's the sort of world view I've come to expect.

The democrats ignoring or even embracing much more serious problems is the main reason to vote against them.
Exactly zero of which are listed here - kinda in line with the complete lack of a GOP answer to tackling inflation. Easy to point fingers and make vague unsupported claims, but at some point people have to actually jump in and do real work.

I thought I had already posted some of them, but that happened in a similar thread. Out of control inflation and out of control crime are the top two.

Which democrats are "embracing" "out of control crime" using which policies specifically? Heck, we can start with evidence for the claim that crime is "out of control".

Where did you get the notion that you're in a position of authority to dictate?

Well with Biden in the Whitehouse it may be difficult for the Republicans to do anything.

Even if the republicans suggested something would the democrats support it?

Kind of th way of things now. Democrats suggest something the Republicans say no. The republicans suggest something the Democrats say no. The thing is the democrats had two years and the republicans could say no all they wanted but it wouldn't matter. And they still failed.

I predict if the republicans take the house and the Senate they will try to do something about the economy, but the democrats will oppose their ideas. Biden wont sign off on them.

It will be more stalling until 2024 when the democrats will blame the republicans for not fixing anything even though they tried.

What have the republicans suggested to address inflation?
Reduce spending you say? Which spending would that be?

I've noticed online that the democrat left scoff at the republican right's concern over the economy. I saw a lot of that during the lockdowns and shutdowns. So it's hard to imagine a party that expresses reticule and contempt of concerns about the economy, doing anything to fix it. Based on the majority of what I've heard from the democrat left, it seems like they want the economy to collapse, because they think that will somehow lead to the government providing them with universal basic income.

I don't get why anyone would wonder why people think the economy would have a better chance of getting fixed by the party who's voters are pro-economy, as opposed to the party who's voters are anti-economy.

Who said anything about reduced spending?

All I said was that the democrats will oppose anything the republicans propose.

I'll be waiting to see if it's different.

I don't know, what are they suggesting to Biden? I mean other than the idea that he lost the 2020 election.

It's a post attempting to blame Democrats for the GOP not having any actual policy proposals. Empty labels like "pro-economy" might trick a few people, but eventually even they're going to catch on to the pattern here - lots of posts blaming others for the the GOP failing to come up with any actual ideas.

Propose actual policies to these problems may alleviate the "scoffing". On the other hand, repeating RNC talking points without proposing alternate solutions (to Biden, democrats) may elicit "scoffing" as you describe it.
