I asked a simple question without all the childish accusations. The answer to that question, that you declined to answer, gives evidence supporting my position. In an ideal world where the climate and ecosystems mean that fossilization would allow EVERY dead animal to fossilize, we would.
But, even in the fossil record, we do see failed evolution when we see certain animals that just stop appearing in the fossil record past a certain point. The armoured fish, Dunkleosteus, stops appearing past the Devonian period but the shark keeps appearing almost throughout history.

When we talked about it one time, he said straight out that
he had no evidence thats its false, just that he had doubts for
statidtical reasons.
