CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's so crazy to me how smart everyone is. Even someone who falls near the bottom of the IQ scale still has a decent level of intellect.

I'm working on a project and it's quiet. Usually, I have music on, so my mom comes downstairs and says, "Why don't you play some music?" So I put on Christmas music.

Just got off the phone with my mom, she was supposed to be here by now. She chose to leave at the worst possible time, so she basically followed the snowstorm most of the way here and then she took a wrong road, so she stopped at a random farm house and says the people are nice and she might spend the night there because the roads are so bad now, lol. AHHHHhhhhh so now I am so anxious about everything and my brothers are making fun of me that I worry too much. I think I'm just going to take a break and try to relax now.
