  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Just be careful of how often you have it. Otherwise you'll be paying for it with your immunity and hospital visits in year late 30s. That's at least what I've seen the trend with someone that didn't take care of what they ate. Actually both him and his new wife spent a lot of time in the hospital because of health. He's now divorced and has all kinds of health ailments. When he tried to eat healthy, it was only salads and not eating any food. He was only trying to lose weight. I don't think he's ever put the connection between food and your health. I'm also speaking from experience, as I made changes at 37 years old when my health took a plunge. Otherwise it's always nice to indulge every once in awhile.:hug:just looking out for you my friend.

My brother keeps his place like a refrigerator. I am wearing pajamas, and then my fuzzy unicorn onesie over that and a scarf and I still feel chilled. Guessing it is in the 50s inside here. At least my glass of water stayed cold all night.:ahah:
