CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The Spectacular Spider-Man (Season 1)
This is a fan favorite, & it's comic-accurate, but........eh. I prefer the 90s one.
A Wrinkle in Time
3rd grade teacher read it to us. I don't remember anything from it but know it's supposed to be good. Movie is..........not good. There's flashes of goodness but no. Still, I want to read the book. I do hear it's very good.
BTW, 3rd grade teacher also read us The Lion, The Witch, & the Wardrobe. I can't picture that being read by teachers anymore.

I think I may have watched that one a while ago! I need to look it up! Recently I watched the animated movie "White Snake" and it was pretty good. Reminded me a bit of the other movie, unless I am thinking of something else.

I ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would. The nagini sisters were played very well. The animated version you are mentioning has a sequel that focuses on the green snake girl so I might watch both of those too.I think I may have watched that one a while ago! I need to look it up! I don't remember much of that movie so I may have to re-watch it sometime!! I hope you enjoy them! I haven't seen "Green Snake" yet, but I was excited to see it on Netflix and am hoping to watch it sometime soon!!I ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would.
