So you're saying the "system" in what you define as "systemic racism" is "the laws", right? Not the courts or agencies or other parts of the government or institutions, businesses, schools, or law enforcement - just laws, right?
The courts are government but are not systemically racist. You want us to believe the courts are systemically racist. As if courts abide by racist laws, but thats not the case. One racist judge doesn't make the system racism. Thats just racism.

Systemic. Meaning the system of laws. The laws actually protect minorities so the system can't be racist

Nothing in my post says I want you to believe anything. Especially about "systemic racism" which I was still asking you to provide your idea of what it means and you are continuing to avoid answering that.

The past has had an effect on the present. I could swear we've been over this before. That's also why I say you should read more about it.
That's why I say you should read more about the topic you are debating. The law isn't the only system that exists. To understand how this is systemic, you have to study how we got to this point. Yes, the laws have changed but there is still a whole generation that hasn't and the people they have influenced.
Nobody in this conversation refutes that. But that has nothing to do with whether or not systemic racism exists TODAY
