Biblically, foreknowlege is not God knowing in advance what men are going to do,I agree with that (I think!). I think God would know what decisions we make in advance but I don't think foreknowledge necessarily entails predestination.

Acts 15:18 - "Known to the Lord for ages is his work."
God knows in advance what is going to happen because he has decereed that it shall happen.
Acts 2:23 - "This man was handed over to you by God's set purpose and foreknowledge."
Acts 4:28 - "They did what your power and will had decided beforehand should happen."
