You'll have to do better than that. Where is "middle class" referenced and where does it say that God ordains their protection by the government?

All are subject, including the middle class. Says so right there in God's Word. This by no means is to reject the possible notion that Biden is in fact the wrath of God set upon a sinful nation who has turned their back on Him, but for the sake of His faithful remnant, that they might be redeemed and spared.

Hard to say; it's like asking how many school shootings did it take before "thoughts and prayers" became the political pro forma?

You never know how quickly something's going to become the new normal.
You don’t know.

Thanks.

You'll have to do better than that.

Where is "crystal meth" in the Bible and where does it say that God commands not to be addicted to it?
Where is "abortion" in the Bible and where does it say that God commands not to do them?
Where is "insurance fraud" in the Bible and where does God say not to do it?
I can go on and on and on if you want me to...

Romans 13 explains that God has ordained the governmental authorities as the deliverer of His Justice and that for the most part their rule is deliverance of His Justice. It explains that we pay taxes and they use those taxes the way they see fit to protect us and our rights under their government.

If you need me to further exegete it for you just let me know.

God's Word says nothing about a middle class. God's Word is also not instructions for governmental rule over their people for nations not called Israel thousands of years ago.

OK, so no specific middle class protection ordination. Got it. The Bible is not a guide for governments to rule by. But feel free to exegete away at your leisure.

I think I'd rather prevent a problem than try to fix a crisis.
Except you are wanting to fix a problem that hasn’t shown itself to be a problem.

History says quite differently.

It is certainly reasonable to expect people to NOT be as bad as people sometimes are, but bad situations bring out the worst in people.

There's a lot to learn from the other developed nations on earth that have a bigger social safety net. They tend to be generally "happier" people, they have less violent crime, etc.

Welfare and social safety nets are not a "give away" to those who would abuse our beneficence but rather an investment in our fellow people, not all of whom will have a good experience in life as we might have. Many have hurdles too high to get over, ones that we thankfully avoided.

There's a reason why the phrase "There but for the grace of God go I" is so powerful.

That’s pure speculation about 2030. Not factual information based on what actually happened in the real world.

Is that what you think evidence is?

smh
Yes I call that 50+ pages of well researched well documented evidence which I sincerely doubt that you read, why do you ask for something and then ignore it?
As is it states, Relative to the CBO’s 2030 projections 2An Analysis of Vice President Biden’s Economic Agenda for these variables (Congressional Budget Office 2020), this suggests there will be 4.9 million fewer employed individuals, $2.6 trillion less GDP, and $1.5 trillion less consumption in that year alone. Median household income in 2030 would be $6,500 less. You do know what the Congressional Budget Office is, Right?

Because it is speculation.

It is not evidence of something that has already, categorically happened.

That’s like claiming that you have evidence that someone is a murderer and when asked to present it you trot out a fellow who states that the accused WILL commit the murder.

Your evidence is guess work about the future when I asked for evidence that that it’s ever been successful IN REALITY.

But you can’t so you post what you think MIGHT happen.

Pony up the evidence or concede the point.

Disagree. At least at our founding, we were free enough to fail...something happened, maybe the Great Depression, to change the national attitude to thinking government somehow needs to be our adult nanny.

I'm middle class, I don't need Biden's help. In fact, I would prefer a lot less intervention.
The slaves weren't free at the founding of the country. Do you think the slaves would have been freed without government intervention?

Could you share a link to the PDF? No rush on this, but I'd like to read it if you have a link to it.

you asked me to provide evidence for my statement "I hope everyone enjoys the "free" lunch because those who can afford it the least will be paying the bill for years to come. Taxing the rich and corporations is a joke, those costs are just passed along to consumers and employees, expect higher prices, higher interest rates, higher taxes, and higher unemployment especially in the lower income jobs, those in the lower income or fixed income situations will become more and more poor as the prices and costs of living increase." I have provided that evidence.

That is not evidence. That is a prediction. I predict that you will win $1000 next week.

Does that count as evidence?

Being told X will happen if you do Y when the evidence up to that point indicates that in fact X causes A to happen (multiple times) is NOT evidence.

Can you provide any evidence that trickle down economics has done what it suggests?

Because that’s what I’m asking.
