It wasn't imprecise at all. Not unless we are expected to deal with a bizarre word game in which even the most common and well-understood expressions and terms are intentionally misunderstood.It's at least all those things. My point was that it was imprecise speech and so arguing one way or another of what he was actually saying doest have much weight to me.
A mention of peanut butter doesn't mean that we're saying the yellow stuff we put on our pancakes comes from ground-up peanuts. Nor does a mention of our "country" need explaining.
Time for us to move on.
