Biden fumbles racial slur on national television

Obviously I can't post the video due to CF rules, but has anyone seen the clip? He obviously didn't mean to say it, but in another example of his inability to articulate, he drops the slur, which I can only assume he meant to say "neither." If the man cannot properly read a teleprompter, why do we expect him to properly lead our country?

Yeah, it sounds like it. It's not a big deal. It would really matter if 1) He was speaking about the race in question (in that case it might be considered a slip, but the context is wholly unrelated), and 2) He didn't have a bonafide speech impediment.

It's a good thing that using a teleprompter; is not a good indication of how a president can lead our country:

He's saying "I'm eager to hear." He'd already said that line once. The slip came when he repeated it.
