there is always the radio to listen to a christian station with sermons or music.The problem with my sleeping is that tv helps me fall asleep and if I am listening to Christian Tv and fall asleep the added benefit is the my unconscious will take in some of it I hope. Both my tvs in the bedroom are broke so I have to dig another one out, hmmmm, an excuse to by a new one???
