It was sexist for the ancient world to recognize that men were bigger and stronger than women?

No .. but what they had that simple observation mean, then determined how society treated women onwards from that point.
'Bigger and stronger' is not necessarily an advantage for survival in say, an intellectual niche .. yet look at how much intellectual thinking has to be done in that particular domain today (particularly during say the pandemic, for instance!)

Everything about this story is inconsistent .. I think that might be how it becomes metaphysical (helped along by miracles)?
If it were consistent, then it would probably be more acceptable to logically thinking minds (which itself is apparently a property also conferred upon us by God for some odd reason?)

I think things were pretty peaceful until that event. No need for judgment. Everything was perfect until Lucifer got that bright idea.

Genesis 1:27 has God creating both man and woman at the same time, like every other animal…

So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

No worries, it a rookie mistake commonly made by people who do not know the Bible.

100% consistency means nothing to those who don't believe the Bible.

Whilst I get the concept of experiencing spirituality by way of getting seriously into the Bible, (I have had spiritual experiences myself), I also get that such a concept is also first and foremost a mindset and is thus, about as far as it gets in terms of being exclusive of one, (a mindset, that is).
When it comes to conferring my mindset as being an extension of some other entity's .. I need evidence which doesn't also leave the fingerprints of (illogically) humans all over it.

Almost regarded as being weapon of mass-exclusionism!
Is that where all this leads?
