Juniper is toxic

Thanks for the concern.

I've breathed the smoke with no obvious effects. I burn it in my wood stove over the winter too. I've recommended websites for making a tea from the berries, as a homeopathic remedy, for those who suffer from juniper allergies; and gin is made from juniper berries. To my knowledge the juniperus ashei is not toxic. That's what I burn.

Each family is to have their own lamb. It's not to be microwaved. That was a joke. It's to be roasted by fire, according to Torah. I can see that you haven't done this before. I do it like the Samaritans do it. You can watch videos of them doing it as commanded. It's not an easy task; and it takes hours. I use a combination of oak and juniper. It makes very hot fire. You might want to start out with a store bought turkey in your kitchen oven, to gain some experience. If you cook a lamb through and through, in less than 70 minutes over a natural fire; expect your meal to be burnt to a crisp. Remember you have to kill, it, hang it, and drain it, before you can even prepare it, to get it in the fire!
Just curious - do you consider yourself to be a Samaritan?

I'm not a Samaritan; but Samaritans follow Torah. As a matter of fact; they stayed in the land and kept practicing after both Temples were destroyed. Their Torah is still written in the ancient Hebrew. There is much to be learned from them.

I don't think most people here would agree with you that "there is much to be learned from them" especially since they reject the bible except for the Torah. And their Torah does have some differences from the Torah of the Bible.

Well I learned a good way to prepare Passover from them.

There were differences among the different copies, of the same books, in the scrolls that were found at Qumran. The Torah that is widely used today, is partially a product of a canon. There was no canon in the time of Yahshua. Its' lack of of variances among millions of copies in this day, can be attributed almost completely to the printing press.

That's an interesting speculation; but I don't think so. Should we change the order of the seventh day for every eclipse?
For all the readers that are seeking with their hearts I imagine that they are curious about a yom(day) hidden like....bread cast upon waters.

Question:
How could there be a solar eclipse during a full moon?

Blessings Always

I just read your thread about the Samaritan Torah from 2018. So we don't have to rehash it here - I don't want to interrupt your thread.

Perhaps it has something to do with him being the light of the world, and all things being created through him.

I don't remember that thread; but thank you. I don't want to go down that bunny hole here.

I don't understand the question.
Now take your pay and go! I choose to give the last worker as much as I’m giving you. 15 Haven’t I the right to do what I want with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?’ 16 Thus the last ones will be first and the first last.”
