I realise now that you were reacting under stress. I was putting two and two together (which I shouldn't do, because I have a maths dyslexia to begin with) and came to some WILD determination based on a few assumptions I'd strung together in literally a split second. (I'm an uncle, it's what I do.) I also have a vivid imagination at the moment with this lockdown thing.

I'm actually a pretty nasty person when I want to be - I'm not going to deny it, I'm probably the worst. I've just seen it all in my time here. Stuff you'd never believe. It makes a man sceptical y'know.

You also have to take the Internet into consideration.

You can't always pick up things when you're just reading. Communication is 10% verbal and 90% nonverbal (55% body language, 38% tone of voice). You can't pick up body language and tone of voice through reading a text message or just a post on a forum.

Hi Shineyourlight . I've definitely taken notice of God's radiant joy from your postings here. Thank you very much for your welcome. Seeing many of you, posting frequently, helped me break the ice to not stay in the shadows.

I'm holding up "ok" during this time. The only obstacle I've found, is not being able to give my nieces a hug. I'm still grateful we all get to see each other briefly each week.

Has anyone brought you Taco Bell recently? I almost tried to go earlier to one, however, decided to settle for a Taco Delmar.

I went out early for a errand, and was listening to the local Christian station, that mostly plays teaching programs. The program (Abounding Grace) that was playing, was about Abraham. I had just read that part of Genesis last night. I wanted to get a quick refresher and see what God would show me, which I missed before. As I listened, my mind wondered to your encouragement about sharing my testimony, and I was wondering what I'd say at some point. My mind lead me to the part of scripture about "equally yoked", as this has been something God engraved into my heart, at an early age, which has helped keep my faith.

As soon as I thought the words "yoked", the pastor on the radio, spoke those words, exactly right after! How great is our God!

I am glad you are holding up. I know it definitely can be hard on people! It was hard in the beginning but was able to really get out of the darkness and develop a routine!

I hear you abut the niece bit. My niece lives n the other side of the country She's turning 3 in July and it's hard every time she gets older because I miss out on a LOT! Thankful for Facetime. Where do your nieces live? They seem t be really close! How old are they?
