What health practices have been revealed by the experts that you found helpful in resisting or mitigating the coronavirus?
I avoid people like the plague, for one. I have a home gym I workout in. Until the food shortage, I followed a mostly vegan diet. But now eat like Elvis. Love the corn dogs! But from past experience, I can repair that damage in days to come using the Esselstyn diet. What health practices have been revealed by the experts that you found helpful in resisting or mitigating the coronavirus?

I always consult experts before adopting a lifestyle. Why avoid people like the plague if the experts don't recommend it?So nothing from the experts?

Stay healthy by working out in your home gym. Most with preexisting health problems don't make it.I meant in regard to the coronavirus.

I am having absolutely no problem getting frozen Spinach and Quinoa, bulk California Blend or Norway Blend at the store. Most all frozen veggies, the non-sweet kind, are still abundant in our stores and our state has been #3 for weeks in number of cases. I thank God it has just moved down to #7. Maybe the governor's strict stay at home order is working.I avoid people like the plague, for one. I have a home gym I workout in. Until the food shortage, I followed a mostly vegan diet. That would make a great comic pix in the paper. On the shallow, esp with the pix of that micro dog, it is funny.Biggest health benefit for me is not bumping into the Rottweiler that usually goes to the park at the same time as me! He is self isolating! Phew!
My daughter had few times flu for the past two years, but I haven’t. So there goes science.
Glad you have a strong immune system and sorry your daughter has gotten ill so much. You are correct in identifying the stressors that lead to compromising your system. Science supports the same thing.
I don’t know any experts but I have not used any disinfectants, masks and I have been hugging my daughter as much as normally. Also I give kisses(not on the mouth though lol that’s too much bruh) and hugs for my dog normally.
I don’t keep any distance, but in shop just because I feel like people are afraid if I get too close, so I keep few meters distance. I haven’t done anything different than I would normally do. I haven’t gotten sick. My daughter had few times flu for the past two years, but I haven’t. So there goes science.
When my daughter was little, I remember when she was sick, I was taking care of her, and I never gotten sick.. years and years, I never got flu.
Every time I get the flu, it is if I get very stressed, not eating well, not sleeping well. Very rarely.
But I never got the flu, just because my daughter had flu.
