EXODUS 20:8-11
[8], Remember the SABBATH DAY, to KEEP IT HOLY. <Why?> Because God made it Holy for mankind and commands us to keep it as a Holy day)
[9], Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work:
[10], But the SEVENTH DAY IS THE SABBATH of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: <WHY>[11], For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the SEVENTH DAY: wherefore the LORD BLESSED THE SABBATH, and HALLOWED IT.
It is about remembering God's seventh day Sabbath that God blessed and made a holy day of rest and ceasing from all of out labour and work. This is the problem that God's Word calls sin and the transgression of God's law for all those who disobey God's Word.
1 JOHN 3:4 [4], WHOEVER COMMITS SIN TRANSGRESSES ALSO THE LAW: FOR
SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW.
God's 4th commandment is one of God's 10 commandments and if we knowingly break it just like every other one of Gods' 10 Commandments we stand guilty because God of sin. In times of ignorance God winks at but when he gives us a knowledge of the truth he calls all men everywhere to believe and follow His Word...
ACTS 17:30-31 [30], And THE TIMES OF THIS IGNORANCE GOD WINKED AT; BUT NOW COMMANDS ALL MEN EVERY WHERE TO REPENT: [31], Because he has appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has ordained; whereof he has given assurance to all men, in that he has raised him from the dead.
Those who reject God's Word and knowingly continue in known unrepentant sin when they have been given a knowledge of the truth of God's Word will not enter into the kingdom of God because there remains no more sacrifice for sin but a fearful looking forward to of the judgement to come because they reject the gift of Gods' dear son and count the blood of the covenant an unholy thing..
HEBREWS 10:26-39 [26], FOR IF WE SIN WILLFULLY AFTER THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH, THERE REMAINS NO MORE SACRIFICE FOR SINS, [27], BUT A CERTAIN FEARFUL LOOKING FOR OF JUDGMENT AND FIERY INDIGNATION, WHICH SHALL DEVOUR THE ADVERSARIES. One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind.
Romans 14:5
Indeed
Romans 14:4-6 is not talking about God's 4th commandment seventh day Sabbath of the 10 commandments. It is talking about days that men esteem over other days in relation to eating and not eating (fasting) and judging others in this regard. There is no mention of Gods' 4th commandment or any other of the 10 commandments.

one believes that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eats herbs.

Let not him that eats despise him that eats not; and

He that eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he that eats not, to the Lord he eats not, and gives God thanks.

[8], For whether we live, we live to the Lord; and whether we die, we die to the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

But why do you judge your brother? or
why do you set at nothing your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.

ROMANS 14 is talking about eating and not eating connected to days that men esteem over other days, not what days God esteems. The things that men esteem are an abomination in God's eyes.

ROMANS 14 of God's 4th commandment of any of God's 10 commandments. Your reading into the scriptures something it is not talking about.
SOME POINTS TO CONSIDER IN ROMANS 14:1-23
[1] the days spoken of are associated with eating/drinking, not eating/not drinking.
[2] the matter is over those 'weak' and 'strong' in faith concerning eating/drinking and days to do and not do those things on
[3] the context deals with "One
man esteemeth", and
not what God esteems (
Isaiah 56:1-8, 58:13;
Psalms 89:34) as permanent and so, and God's word is clear about what men esteem:

that which is highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God.
