The problem is.

We as regular run of the mill Believers, come across a peace of Scripture, and I don't mean just one verse, I'm talking about the something that was written by one of the Authors of the Bible, who were inspired to write what they did by the power of th Holy Spirit.

Everything we need to know or understand on the subject, (no matter what the subject might be) it doesn't have to be this specific subject.

We are given by the Holy Spirit everything we need to know in order for that specific piece of knowledge and understanding to penetrate our hearts, once that has taken place, there is SOOOOO much understood that we are not fully able to express it adequately as one of the Apostles had already done,

Just because a Believer has been given some piece of knowledge, does not mean he has been equipped to teach it, he came to this knowledge because he was not only seeking it, but was ready to accept it from God, if a person is skeptical or doubts, then there is much more work which needs to be done by the Holy Spirit in order for that person to come to the point of receiving the knowledge.

This knowledge belongs in the Kingdom of God, only those seeking the Kingdom will find it........ You know

Mat. 6:33
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

If any Believer is seeking anything more than he is the Kingdom of God he has missed the Path God is walking on.

Interesting. He starts by taking the position that those who belong to God cannot sin and unless one is as perfect as the Father, they can't be saved. Then a number of minutes in he makes the statement that he is not yet perfect and still commits "errors". Well, I won't be seeing him in heaven, I guess.

If you're asking if it is possible to be without mortal sin then yes. Just don't commit mortal sin.

It is impossible to be without minor sin. That is the reason Jesus walked on water. Peter looked to Jesus as he was walking on water and then began to walk on water himself. But as he began to falter he also began to sink to the point of drowning. He had no choice but to cry out, "Lord save me". Try as he might, Peter began to drown in his sins and needed a savior.

The only unforgivable sin is unbelief.

So are you agreeing with him that we can be sinless or not? I thought for someone so young he knows so much more of the truth of the Word than I did at his age. It has taken decades for me to come to that same realization. There are only a couple semantics that I would change, but other than those I agree totally, and anyone who has scoffed at my posts know I've been teaching this for years.

Of course, you can't. Only the self-delusional thinks we can pull off the sinless perfection that Jesus demonstrated. There's a good reason why we are told there is zero righteousness from the Law, because if it were possible then Christ died for nothing, but rather we have a righteousness that comes from God.

You show me someone who thinks they are pulling off sinless perfection, I'll show you someone swimming in delusion and self-pride.

Scripture is clear as crystal about our state in Christ our Lord, his blood purifies us of all sin. However if we have those who think they have conquered sin they in reality have no truth in them but make Jesus out to be liar.

1 John 1:5-10
This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin.

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I certainly can’t.

I for one will have to take you at your word, if you call yourself a sinner, then by all that is Holy you are a sinner.

If you say you cannot keep from sinning you must be right, who am I to disagree with you.

Must be a terrible way to live though, not knowing if you confessed everything you have done throughout the day, OH the Condemnation.

It's impossible because sinning is "missing the mark" anything less than perfection is sin. Even if you don't commit some sin you are sinning by omitting to do what you should be doing at that time. Sin is part of our human condition, we can try but we will fail because we are not God.
The only reason Jesus did not sin was because He is God, and God cannot act against the will of God. Otherwise, doing work on the Sabbath, would have been considered sin, right? But because the father works on the sabbath, so does the Son work. Jesus was Lord of the Sabbath. Had He been ANY OTHER man, who did what He did on the Sabbath, He would have sinned. He is the ONLY person ever to be born in flesh to NOT sin. Every other prophet, every other man in history has "missed the mark" of perfection.

If you Sin and Repent on a daily basis, do you commit the same sin every day?

What I am asking is, how often would you estimate, you commit the same sin, how long has this process of sinning the same sin then your repenting of the same sin been taking place without you ever ceasing that particular sin?

Will this process ever end before you die, or will you keep on committing the same exact sin until you die, no matter how many times you repent of it?
