Question about Adam and Eve

Adam did not have knowledge of evil before eating the fruit of the tree.
Does he had no idea to do inappropriate behavior with animals.

@pdudgeon's post implied that Adam had sex with all the animals and that because they didn't have offspring that's how he knew the animals weren't for him.

I ask for a citation because the Bible says nothing like that.

You are right the Bible does not say that. I am puzzled by that statement too.

The idea is in the Talmud,
Babylonian Talmud: Tractate Yebamoth
Folio 63a

"R. Eleazar further stated: What is meant by the Scriptural text, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh? This teaches that Adam had intercourse with every beast and animal but found no satisfaction until he cohabited with Eve."Babylonian Talmud: Yebamoth 98

An author trying to justify this,
"Before eating of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil (evolving a moral sense), humans were like animals that should not be blamed for their actions. As such, if they had sex with other hominids or apes, it might be a waste of effort evolutionarily, but it was not morally wrong. The Talmud was written and compiled in the 400's to 800's CE

They would bring up various ideas to discuss, some ideas were extreme like having sex with a baby too young to go to school.

another source says the discussion happened in the 200's and were maintained as stories until written down much later.
