The moon is indeed a great light. On many a dark night, I've been thankful for its light.

The fact that the mechanism by which it lights up the night is sunlight-reflection does not contradict Genesis.

Not if you twist and interpolate, sure. Doesn't say one great light shared by two heavenly bodies. Probably because those ancients were just too scientifically illiterate, right.

How can ANYONE in this day and age, really believe that the moon is its own light source? HOW?

Because we don't have direct landline connection to the Apollo astronots like you and Nixon. Do you know how bright the moon would be on its surface applying the inverse square law based on it's alleged distance and light intensity on earth? Suffice to say your old blue blockers wouldn't do the job, you'd be fried.

The Moon is, on average, just as far from the Sun as the Earth is.

I'm talking about the luminosity of the moon as seen from earth.

The luminosity of the moon as seen from earth is a function of the distances involved and the fact that the Moon's albedo is a fairly low 0.12 (compared to around 0.33 for the Earth).

That's what I'm saying, apply the average lux of moonlight on earth to the distance on an inverse square calculator, see what you get for moon's surface. Astronomical.

Only because you're doing it wrong.

Does the moon use Duracell batteries or Solar panels to power its light?

I think you might actually need to be in a Conspiracy Certainty forum, not a Conspiracy Theory Forum.

"Gravity is electromagnetic" is not a conspiracy theory. It's just wrong. I stand by what I said.

Holy [bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse][bless and do not curse] you're retarded. All of you.

Who is more "retarded"/limited: the one who flippantly dismisses and scoffs at what doesn't align with personal logic and reason, or the entity that would have the audacity to question everything?

It doesn't matter.

If you are using logic and reason to get by, you re already at a handicap - which is why you would (predictably) say what you said. (The reasonable and the logicians are always surprised by the unreasonable and illogical - to a severe fault.) Plenty of other posters/CF members would love to say exactly what you say, but they know it is bordering the rules - so there are borne more convoluted ways to insult an individual to stay with the rules.

Keep trying; you will be almost as good of a scoffer as some of the entities on these forums - and you will be able to call us retarded without actually saying the word and being in danger of breaking the rules. I do appreciate you having the gall to call it how you see it, however.

Pretty sure. You think the moon is its own light source. That and i can read, and vaccinate my kids.

Well, everyone has their own personal intellectual boundaries.

I hope, for your health and safety, you stay away from carcinogenic person who also happen to be retarded. I don't want you to catch more cancer, because it is a serious issue. I have family and friends who actually battled cancer - which is why I am wondering why you still entertain me.

But, who hurt you?
