so i can still be saved without being baptized and how do i obey god without hearing him

Water baptism was required for the Jews under their Gospel of the Kingdom, but we Gentiles are saved under 1 Cor 15:1-4 now.
Water baptism was never required for us, as Cornelius in Acts 10 also showed.

Not understanding is okay.
Being 'saved' is simply God's gift to people who come to Jesus. Like going to a doctor - you don't have to understand what the doctor does (if he is honest).
Going to Jesus, most people don't have a grasp of His Power to save and what He had to do.
He still saves people, if they come to Him.
i.e. trust.
WHOEVER continues trusting Jesus HAS LIFE.

I'm sorry I was attempting to quote someone else who was telling you not to focus on being sinless. Ask God to change your heart. I personally don't think it has anything to do with your OCD. It's a problem that a lot of Christians
have but few attempt to address. It's good that you recognize it as an issue and are trying to resolve it.

iv asked and asked hi nothing i truly believe im unsavable at times but theres another christian who has ocd saying it happens ocd can mess up our feelings

If you are cognitively conscious enough to know that you sinned and actively ask for forgiveness.... Then you are feeling "enough" remorse.
If you truly didn't feel sorry for your sins... you wouldn't care to even ask the questions in your post.
I think you are under the accusations of Satan, the accuser... That's what he does.
Rebuke him in Christ's name and have the confidence that you are forgiven.

What type of emails have you sent these churches??? I find it hard to believe that a church wouldn't help you.

i sent them emails asking if they do baptisms and if they could help and i got no reply i once asked a pastor a question he shrugsed it off changed the subject so i dont trust them also they run our city so they dont allow casinos which is good but put a strip club in the town centre or allowed it now im not hating on them i just dont trust them
