In this case the DA is trying to proceed without a Grand Jury. The people that are suppose to make laws are being lawless and they are about to be exposed.
Trump is a candidate for president that is under fire from the opposing party that is abusing power in their failed attempt to promote or defend Biden. I do not even think Biden is serious about his bid for office. But he must be taking in donations so he wants to defend his flow of money that anti Trump people are giving him.
His position is that he is not going to give them the information they are asking for. He is willing to cooperate if they agree to play by his rules. This is like a chess game & each side takes their turn to make their move.
The point is he is not giving them the information they are requesting. They can do what they want, but it appears he can do what he wants also.
All humans can do what they want. That is neither here nor there. The question is why conservatives are supporting someone who is so clearly outside of constitutional authority.
Perhaps they feel the House is outside of their constitutional authority.
Do you think I can influence Trump in some way? I am just an observer. Trump is doing the job he was elected to do. Why would they want to impeach him. There is an election coming up. Are they afraid that he is going to be re elected?
