He attacked their heritage and repeatedly described them as not being American. How is attacking their heritage in that manner not racist?

I've asked a number of other posters that question and have, so far, failed to receive much of a response. Care to take a stab at it?

Sure...It all comes down to perspective which is far more significant then people want to admit. I see no racism in his tweet, only facts about these four. In fact, I haven't heard anything from the POTUS at any time that could be considered racist, although I've heard it opined about him by the left over and over again.

Really? How many "congresswomen" is Omar? How many "countries" is she from? How many "governments" do those "countries" have?

I asked another poster (I believe in a separate thread, though at this point, I've lost track) who made this same claim if his argument was that Trump just can't grasp the different between singular and plural. I didn't get a straight answer. Would you care to take a stab at it?

The truth is that anybody with a basic grasp of the English language can read his tweet and see that he didn't direct the first part solely to Omar. Subsequent tweets also lump them all together as a group and I haven't seen him clarify his comments to make that distinction.
He's calling out the SQUAD. Congresswoman is plural. But only one in this particular group is from outside our country. Trump has made grammatical errors before, is not as articulate as someone like Pence. So he gets sloppy sometimes. Who was he referring to? Off the cuff, he may not have been aware that AOC was born in the U.S., he knows now. But we must consider each battle he has. That's sad, he has many battles against Americans , who would do anything to get rid of him. And this is just another stunt that will backfire on them.

However, all Democrats are against him, so maybe (in his mind) he makes a general statement, a broad stoke to any from foreign countries, an "If the shoe fits, wear it" statement; and since this whole immigration issue is on the table, then he's calling out all women Democrats from foreign countries of which there are eleven others (also anti-Trump):
Guatemala - 1, India - 1, Mexico - 1, Vietnam - 1, Thailand - 1, Germany - 2 Japan - 2 and Domincan Republic - 1, Ecuador - 1
Are any of those countries third world, destitute, unstable? Whatever, if the shoe fits, wear it. Go back and HELP those countries and COME BACK (HE DID SAY THOSE WORDS) and tell us how it's done.
Still, it's context we need to look at and Trump typically fights each battle individually, shooting arrows at specific individuals one at a time. That's what I think he did (if you can overlook his grammar). But he is brilliant in dealing with his enemies, insensitive and crude at times. The LEFT is not used to to getting fired back at. They are trying everything and failing at every front.
We are the greatest nation still, even with our own congressmen, media and citizens trying to destroy us.

It doesn't explain how or why his tweets were "racist" though. I could condemn someone as being a pedophile, but don't I need to explain why I think he/she is one?
Not when it is Republican President Trump being targeted by Democrats who illegally obtained majority in the House last mid-term election.

That is true, Bob! You will indeed know them by their fruits which is another reason why I'm so glad that Christians in the House voted to condemn Donald Trump's vile Tweets.
Please identify those who voted aye on this resolution who are Christian. Thank you. List by name please.

Florida, North Carolina, Arizona, Alabama. When 10% of states report something hokey going on in the election profess during the 2018 mid-terms, Florida the most egregious and its guilty party didn't go to jail. She resigned with her full pension, the entire election in all 50 states should be a do-over. With the department of elections in all 50 states cleared out and replaced by federal marshals and overseers.
After messy Florida recount, election official resigns

Nothing alleged about illegal aliens voting. The NC case involved irregular practices by the Republicans

Thanks. You realize that table is four years old?
How do you know who voted aye for this resolution are still on that list?
This will help you. H.R 489 http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2019/roll482.xml

This resolution is still hard left dirty politics. Trump's remarks weren't racist. And the Democrat House majority ignoring the antisemitic hate filled rhetoric of the four women in question is reprehensible. Trump telling four women who openly revile America to go back where they came from isn't racist. It's disgust with the fact they're elected to serve America and they openly hate America.
They're the bad people. Not Trump.

This wasn't a grammatical error or a slip of the tongue. And it wasn't just AOC who was born in the US. The core of his entire point is rotten.

Why would he drain the swamp of lobbyists if he accepts campaign contributions from them?

As for 'both sides': "Most of the leading Democratic candidates, meanwhile, including Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren and Pete Buttigieg, have sworn off contributions from registered lobbyists."
Well I did mention lobbyists, but the swamp is composed of others: leeches, fungus, bacteria,, viruses, snakes, crocks and many take their orders from the anaconda in the shadows.

Would you call the "send her back" chanters "crazies". Those Trump rallies are getting more and more like Nuremberg - they just need a Leni Riefenstahl to add the finishing touches.
Omar and AOC are anti-American, ant- Semitic, anti-Semitic Capitalism, anti-Constitution, antichrists.
Trump did not agree with the "send her back" chant, but nobody would miss her. In many of the original state constitutions, they required that you be a Christian to hold any office. I do not believe a Muslim should be representing our country in any political office or judge for that matter. It conflicts with our laws. They want Sharia Law and eventually that become a the issue. Examine European counties laws and how they've changed to accommodate Muslims and their religion.

Seems to me that the anaconda is in the White House

Apologies to any herpetologists or reptile enthusiasts... the anaconda is actually quite an impressive creature...

Don't sugar coat it; tell us what you really think.

He said he didn't agree with it, but you do. Good to know.

In many of the original state constitutions, they required that you be a Christian to hold any office. I do not believe a Muslim should be representing our country in any political office or judge for that matter. It conflicts with our laws.

Actually, it doesn't -- that pesky Constitution overrules the State requirements.

They want Sharia Law and eventually that become a the issue.

Not all Muslims want Sharia, so your fears are unfounded.

Examine European counties laws and how they've changed to accommodate Muslims and their religion.

Examine the Camps we've got in this country if your looking for a Solution to America's Muslim problem.

It's almost fun to see the guy show up to a hate rally he probably didn't actually intend to lead that day.

Almost.

That the conservative audience went full out racist should surprise no one at this point. All the groundwork is in place, and the hatred, and racism is out in the open.

Has this person actually expressed a preference for Sharia Law or is that just some religious stereotype you've decided to slap upon every single Muslim ever?

When I was a kid growing up in a small town, sometimes some of the bigger kids who lived blocks away would ride their bikes into our neighborhood, thus somewhat terrorizing us younger kids at the time. It wasn't uncommon for them to be told to go back to where they came from. Nothing racist about it whatsoever. Not only were they white like we were, they were all born in the same town as we were as well. Yet you indicated---It’s hardly a phrase you can use without that link being made. If that is always true it should be true in this case as well.
These Congresswomen terrorizing the President?
