Either a bishop, Patriarch, Pope, Ecumenical Patriarch. How would you greet that person? With a kiss, reverence?
Who is your bishop?I call my local Bishop 'Bish'. Thats true!
Who is your bishop?
The King's ♔ or the Queen's ♕...? ♗How would you greet a bishop?
The second one.Is the question about how properly to greet a bishop or how we here do it?
What?The King's ♔ or the Queen's ♕...? ♗
Yes, it does. Do Coptics do reverence? In Arabic, we address him as "Sayedna" (سيدنا - Our Master); in English "Your Grace".
Not sure whether or not this answers your question...
It was a Chess reference. Don't mind me...What?
I don't play chess.It was a Chess reference. Don't mind me...
So a handshake? A kiss?I would greet him like anyone else, they are not special. A better question is would I agree with one? Prolly not. I don't agree with denominations and there questionable traditions. Not trying to be harsh or contentious about it though.
A handshake is perfectly fine.So a handshake? A kiss?
