Guys there is no point in having a discussion in name calling. If you would like to address the OP and you have scripture to share fine. If not we will have to agree to disagree please go somewhere else. Friendly discussion here only.

Frequently calling people who respond to your posts liars also isn't very conductive to discussion.
Back to the OP. Now after 36 pages seems no one is able to answer a single question from the OP here.....
Still no interest only 2 pages later than last time, huh?

I answered your question accurately.

Your answer was incorrect.

In your quotation the day is still called the Sabbath day, I do not understand how you think you answered that question?

Nope you didn't brother. Where is the scripture that says that Sunday or the first day of the week is the LORD's DAY? According to God's WORD that LORD'S DAY is the SABBATH DAY.

Q. WHAT DAY IS THE LORD'S DAY?

MATTHEW 12:8 FOR THE SON OF MAN IS LORD EVEN OF THE SABBATH DAY.

There is no scripture in all of God's WORD that says that SUNDAY or the FIRST DAY of the week is the LORD'S DAY. There is only scripture that shows that the LORD'S DAY is the SABBATH DAY.

Hope this helps

So you mistakenly think that means I'm interested in taking your view as my own. I'm here defending the truth.
What truth have you defended? What scriptures have you provided that address the OP here?

This verse doesn't say the sabbath is the Lord's day.

Not at all it is God's WORD and we should believe and follow it.

Distorting the scriptures to promote one's agenda is an issue that causes a breakdown in honest dialogue.

What is it you claim I have distorted. Prove your claim with God's WORD alone. If you cannot then your words are simply your own words brother that disagree with God's. Where is the scriptures that say God's 4th commandment has not been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day?

It is JESUS that says all those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God are not following God *MATTHEW 15:3-9. Does this not worry you?

God bless.

Yes I agree God's people follow God's Word. You however mean God's people follow the law of Moses, specifically the famous 10. In case you still haven't heard we have a New Covenant unlike the previous covenant issued to Israel in the desert after departure from Egypt.

I noticed you did not add ths scriptures I provided that show who God's people are and those who do not follow God. The scriptures here are very clear and are a guide to us.

God's people are all those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. It is God's WORD that makes it very clear who his people are and the children of the devil.

WHO ARE GOD'S PEOPLE?

REVELATION 12:17, And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ

REVELATION 14:12, Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

.................

WHO ARE THOSE THAT RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE?

REVELATION 22:14, Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

..................

WHO HAS GOD'S SPIRIT?

ACTS 5:32, And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Spirit, WHOM GOD HAS GIVEN TO THEM WHO OBEY HIM.

................

WHO ARE NOT GOD'S PEOPLE?

1 JOHN 2:3-4
3, And hereby we do know that we know him, IF WE KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS.
4, He that said, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, IS A LIAR, AND THE TRUTH IS NOT IN HIM

1 JOHN 3:3-10
3, And every man that has this hope in him purifies himself, even as he is pure.
4, Whoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
5,
And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.
6, Whoever stays in him sins not: whoever sins has not seen him, neither known him.
7, Little children, let no man deceive you:
he that does righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.
8, He that commits sin is of the devil; for the devil sins from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9, Whoever is born of God does not commit sin; for his seed remains in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
10, In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whoever does not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loves not his brother

...............

SIN is the breaking of God's Commandments (James 2:9-11; Romans 7:7; 1 John 3:4)
Those who CONTINUE in UNREPENTANT SIN will NOT enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN.

...............

God's 4th commandment is one of the ten (Exodus 20:8-11) If we knowingly break it when God asks us not to we stand guilty before God of committing sin (James 2:8-12). If we do not seek him in repentance and forgiveness we are in danger of the Judgement (Hebrews 10:26-27)

Sunday worship is a tradition and teaching of man that has led many to break the commandments of God. Jesus says that if we follow the traditions of man that break the commandments of God we are not following God (Matthew 15:3-9)

There is not one scripture in all of God's Word that says that God's 4th Commandment is now ABOLISHED and we are now commanded to KEEP Sunday as a Holy day.

Who should we follow the teachings and traditions of men or the Word of God? Who should we believe the Words of men or the Word of God?

In times of ignorance God winks at but now ,<when a KNOWLEDGE of the truth has come> calls all men everywhere to REPENT (FOLLOW) (Acts 17:30-31).

Sorry brother God's WORD does not teach lawlessness.

I have not once called you a liar brother but have simply stated that ONLY God's WORD is true *ROMANS 3:4 and we should believe and follow it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God. Our opinions matter little only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it. It is JESUS that says all those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men are not following God not me. I know who I BELIEVE *ACTS 5:29.

Again, do not twist scripture around to fit your agenda. Scripture said that Jesus is Lord of the Sabbath. It didn't say that the Lord's day is the Sabbath.

Well that is not true. I asked you where is the scripture that says the LORD'S DAY is Sunday or the first day of the week. You have not provided any. Then I asked the question What day is the Lord's Day and let God's WORD answer it.

Do you have any scripture that says that the LORD'S DAY is Sunday or the first day of the week? If you do not why do you not believe God's WORD that is provided in LOVE and only as a help here?

Hope this helps

Back to the OP. Now after 36 pages seems no one is able to answer a single question from the OP here.....

The challenge I am putting up here in the OP is for anyone to show even one scripture that says God's 4th Commandment of the 10 commandments (Exodus 20:8-11) which was spoken and written by God himself to his people, has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day.

Can anyone please show me where in all the bible does is say (SOLA SCRIPTURA; Scripture only please)...

1. That God's 4th commandments 7th day Sabbath has been abolished?

2. That Jesus is a Sabbath?

3. The Sabbath (seventh day) was ever changed from the seventh to the first day of the week?

4. Where we are told to keep the first day of the week holy?

5. Where the first day of the week (Sunday) is ever called a holy day?

6. That says that Jesus ever kept the first day (Sunday)?

7. That tells us to keep the first day in honour of the resurrection of Christ?

8. Where the first day is ever given any sacred name?

9. That affirms that any of the apostles ever kept the first day as the Sabbath?

10. From any apostolic writings that authorizes Sunday observance as the Sabbath of God?

11. Where we are told not to work on the first day of the week?

12. That says the seventh day is no longer God's Sabbath day?

13. That says the seventh day Sabbath is ABOLISHED?

14. Where the apostles ever taught any convert to keep the first day of the week as a Sabbath?

15. Where the first day was ever appointed to be kept as the Lord's Day?

16. Where the first day of the week is ever called the Lord's Day?

17. That says that the first day of the week was ever sanctified and hallowed as a day of rest?

18. That says that the Father or the Son (Jesus) rested on the first day of the week?

19. That says that Jesus, Paul or any other of the apostles taught anyone to observe the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

God's Word makes it very clear that if we follow the teachings of men over the Word of God we are not following God...

MATTHEW 15:3-9,
[3], But he answered and said unto them, Why do you also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition?
[4], For God commanded, saying, Honor your father and mother: and, He that curses father or mother, let him die the death.
[5], But you say, Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift devoted to God, whatsoever you might have received from me;
[6], And honors not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have you made the commandment of God void by your tradition.
[7], You hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,
[8], These people draw near unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.
[9], But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Look forward to your thoughts...

That verse does not work.

See the day is called the Sabbath day.

Try again LGW.

Jesus rose on the first day and that is the day that we gather. That is why John calls the first day the Lord's day, that is obvious LGW. I don't see why you have issues with celebrating the resurrected Christ on Sunday?

What day do you celebrate the risen Christ and not the day you rest on?

And I told you that you can't find it in Scripture. You can find it outside the Bible. After all, the Bible says:

John 21:25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.

Just because those things which Jesus said and did were not written down in the Bible doesn't mean that they are not important. Everything our Lord said and did are important, which is why we also pay attention to the writings of the Early Christians. And like John, they understood the Lord's day to be on Sunday.

The Didache was written in the first century by the Apostles. According to the Didache:

"But every Lord’s day . . . gather yourselves together and break bread, and give thanksgiving after having confessed your transgressions, that your sacrifice may be pure. (Didache 14 [A.D. 70]).

The Apostles and the Early Christians always gather together for worship and break bread on a Sunday. That is in Scripture. According to a letter written by Barnabus in A.D. 74:

"We keep the eighth day [Sunday] with joyfulness, the day also on which Jesus rose again from the dead" (Letter of Barnabas 15:6–8 [A.D. 74]).

According to Ignatius before he was killed in the arenas of Rome:

"[T]hose who were brought up in the ancient order of things [i.e. Jews] have come to the possession of a new hope, no longer observing the Sabbath, but living in the observance of the Lord’s day, on which also our life has sprung up again by him and by his death" (Letter to the Magnesians 8 [A.D. 110]).

All these things you ignored. Rather, you went to Scripture which stated, "The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath" and twisted it to mean that the Lord's Day is the Sabbath Day.

For Christians, the focus is not on the Ten Commandments, but on Christ. Why Christ? Because Christ is the end of the law.

Romans 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

What does it mean that Christ is the end of the Law? It means that the old laws are not binding on Christians. It was only binding on those to whom it was delivered—the Jews (Israelites). That said, some of that law contains elements of a law that is binding on all people of every place and time. Jesus and Paul provide evidence of this in the New Testament.

Matthew’s Gospel enlightens us to Jesus’ teaching concerning Old Testament law:

[A Pharisee lawyer] asked him a question, to test him. "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?" And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets." (Matt. 22:34-40).

In saying this, Jesus declared the breadth of the new law of his new covenant which brings to perfection the old law. So, how did Jesus perfect the Old Testament law? The Old Testament law, for example, included many dietary regulations which were instituted as a preparation for his teaching on the moral law. Jesus discussed these laws:

"Hear me, all of you, and understand: there is nothing outside a man which by going into him can defile him; but the things which come out of a man are what defile him." And when he had entered the house, and left the people, his disciples asked him about the parable. And he said to them, "Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a man from outside cannot defile him, since it enters, not his heart but his stomach, and so passes on?" (Thus he declared all foods clean.) (Mark 7:14-19).

"Jesus perfects the dietary law, so important in Jewish daily life, by revealing its pedagogical meaning through a divine interpretation . . . What comes out of a man is what defiles a man. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts. Jesus’ teaching about the Sabbath indicates similar value in part of the Old Testament regulation of the Sabbath:

Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath; his disciples were hungry, and they began to pluck heads of grain and to eat. But when the Pharisees saw it, they said to him, "Look, your disciples are doing what is not lawful to do on the Sabbath." He said to them, "Have you not read what David did, when he was hungry, and those who were with him: how he entered the house of God and ate the bread of the Presence, which it was not lawful for him to eat nor for those who were with him, but only for the priests? Or have you not read in the law how on the Sabbath the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are guiltless? I tell you, something greater than the temple is here. And if you had known what this means, ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the guiltless. For the Son of man is lord of the Sabbath." (Matt. 12:1-8)

Clearly, Jesus indicated that he—not the Old Testament—had authority over the Sabbath, and its regulation was not as rigid as the Pharisees thought. The Bible also said that the foundation and pillar of truth is the Church of the living God (1 Timothy 3:15). Thus, the Bible is NOT the only one that holds the truth. The Bible itself clearly tells you that the foundation and truth is also found in the Church. And naturally, you ask what Church? To that, I can only respond that it's NOT the SDA Church because they don't even know that the Lord's Day have always been Sunday, the day of the resurrection.

Some comments for your consideration below.
Why does the scripture tell the Gentiles that they are not under the law?
There are no Gentiles anymore. We are all one in Christ. We are only not UNDER THE LAW if we have been forgiven for breaking God's LAW and no longer continuing in sin *ROMANS 3:19-20; ROMANS 8:1-4; 1 JOHN 2:3-4.
Why do you ask questions related to moving the Sabbath to Sunday?
It is JESUS that says all those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God *MATTHEW 15:3-9 not me.
Why the fixation with the fourth commandment?
As shown in this thread and elswhere. There is no scriptures that say God's 4th commandment is abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day. God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandments) in the NEW COVENANT give us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN and RIGHTEOUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4; JAMES 2:10-11. God's 4th commandment is one of God's 10 Commandments *EXODUS 20:8-11 that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken *ROMANS 3:20.

Accoding to God's WORD all those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN *HEBREWS 10:26-27 because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23. OBEDIENCE to God's LAW is not how we are saved it is the FRUIT of God's work in us as we BELIEVE and FOLLOW his WORD. If our faith has no fruit it is dead *JAMES 2:18-20; 26 and our tree will be cast down and thrown into the fire *MATTHEW 3:10; 7:19-20; 13:49-50.

It is JESUS that says all those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men are not following God in MATTHEW 15:3-9. Does this not worry you?
Why do you call the ten commandments eternal commandments?
Because God's WORD says that God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandments) is FOREVER. Scripture support here click me.
Why do you call the ten commandments moral laws?
Because they are our duty of LOVE to GOD and our fellow man *MATTHEW 22:36-40
Why do you ignore Christian history?
There is Human History and biblical History. Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it over the teachings and traditions of men that seek to break the commandments of God *MATTHEW 15:3-9. Only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.

And I told you that you can't find it in Scripture. You can find it outside the Bible.
INDEED that is what has been shared with you here brother. Only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God. JESUS alone says that those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God are not following God not me *MATTHEW 15:3-9. There is NO scripture in all of God's WORD that says God's 4th Commandment is now abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day. The same as there is NO scripture that says the LORD'D DAY is Sunday or the First day of the week. There is scripture however showing that GOD'S SABBATH is the LORD'S DAY *MATTHEW 12:8. If there is not scripture showing that Sunday or the first day of the week is the LORD'S DAY and there is scripture showing that God's SABBATH day is the LORD'S DAY. Who should we BELIEVE God's WORD or the teachings and traditions of men outside of God's WORD that break the commandments of God *ROMANS 3:4?
After all, the Bible says: John 21:25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.

Romans 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

To that, I can only respond that it's NOT the SDA Church because they don't even know that the Lord's Day have always been Sunday, the day of the resurrection
You are trying to look outside of God's WORD to support a teaching and tradition because you have no scripture to support what you are doing. None of the scriptures you have provided here say that God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandments) have been abolished. To be UNDER THE LAW means to be guilty before God of breaking it *ROMANS 3:19. Not to be UNDER THE LAW means to be FORGIVEN for breaking God's LAW and not continuing in sin (breaking God's LAW) *ROMANS 8:1-4; GALATIANS 3:22-25.

And naturally, you ask what Church?

God's WORD answers this question very clearly. I do not need to. God's people are in EVERY Church living up to all the KNOWLEDGE God has revealed to them. He is calling his people out from following the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God *MATTHEW 15:3-9 to whorship him in Spirit and in truth accoring to his WORD *JOHN 10:16; JOHN 4:23. God is calling his people wherever they may be to come out from following man made traditions that lead people away from his WORD back to his WORD.

God's people are all those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD. It is God's WORD that makes it very clear who his people are (the Church) and the children of the devil.

God's WORD does not teach lawlessness.
