And as bad and as immoral as everyone agrees Trump is, including Trump, his moral imbecility does not rise to the level of not knowing whether or not it is wrong to kill your kid. He uses the bully pulpit of the presidency to speak for the least of our unborn brothers and sisters consistently.
Seeing that he publicly stated that he was 'very pro-choice', coupled with his sexually immoral lifestyle, I'm not confident that his stated position has changed for any reason other than it was politically expedient for him to do so.

With over 97% of the Trump coverage by the media being negative,

He's convinced people to belive a mythological claim like this one.
(I thought it was 90%. Where'd the 97% come from?)

In the spirit of the thread...

I think his reaction towards the venezuela situation has been right.

Agreed. The devil in the details will be how he actually takes action on it, rather than simply accidentally standing on the right side of history.

I actually like Trump's desire to keep us out of these "eternal wars" that we've been getting in lately. Not that he's going about it correctly or strategically, but I think the ideal is great.

Actually I understand a lot of what Trump promises as being something that we would kind of like (ie holding China accountable for manipulation of trade and theft of IP), but I'm not entirely certain that he and his circle are the people to get it done. Corrupt people who happen to be on the right side of history are still corrupt.

Now everybody knows why border security is a sieve. It serves the purpose of the elites who benefit from cheap, cheap labour in their homes, farms and chicken factories.

If produce and food prices increased dramatically tomorrow when you went to the grocery store, would you complain? I'm asking seriously.

It is not just the "elites" who benefit from cheap illegal immigrant labor. It's all of us in the US. We LOVE cheap labor. Every last one of us.

Live in SoCal and need some minor landscaping work done? Yeah, you're probably going to hire an illegal. Whether you know it or not, but they'll be the cheapest and they'll do whatever you need done no matter how hot or miserable it is outside.

WE are the problem. We can't pass it off to some nebulous "elites". WE demand low prices and we SCREAM when we have to pay a few pennies more.

And the Deep State

Conspiracy Theory.

Nobody is ever going to make the case that the MSM is anything but a tool in the Democratic parties arsenal any more.

Except for people who actually read and bothered to get an education.

Trump trolled them into exposing themselves for the partisan hacks they have always been

Would you like to re-read that sentence? The PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES "trolled" someone and you think it shows that the people who were TROLLED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES are somehow the bad people?

Think about that. The PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES should never be a troll. Unless you value trolls.

If wanted that, why don't we just dissolve the government and turn it over to 4Chan?

With over 97% of the Trump coverage by the media being negative, I am curious if there is anything that you think he has done right. I will start by saying that my tax return this year is YUUGGE! Thanks to Trump's tax reform.

I would say I like the work he is doing with veterans. He still has a long way to go but it is off to a good start.

I have heard the same thing from other vets. Which makes his previous attack on a US POW for "getting caught" and his other attack on the family of a fallen US soldier more confusing.

It does not seem confusing to me. The vets he is helping sing his praises so they are good people. The ones he attacked were ones who did not sing his praises so they are bad people.

America is at full employment, including all those with jobs for all those who loathe Trump. Cutting through all the red tape was Trump’s main contribution to that state of affairs.
He appointed good judges and stopped the SCOTUS from being just another leftist tool.
He did not get his wall, but Democrats have been exposed as not caring about Dreamers in the process, and Republicans have been exposed as being in bed with Democrats in wanting a large pool of cheap labour without any rights of citizenship in the process too. Now everybody knows why border security is a sieve. It serves the purpose of the elites who benefit from cheap, cheap labour in their homes, farms and chicken factories.
And the Deep State that includes corruption at the highest levels of the FBI has been exposed as a real thing as people went to stupid lengths to smear the man.
Nobody is ever going to make the case that the MSM is anything but a tool in the Democratic parties arsenal any more. Trump trolled them into exposing themselves for the partisan hacks they have always been, and a derisive laugh will be sufficient argument from now on against anyone who pretends otherwise. That is a good thing to have exposed.
And as bad and as immoral as everyone agrees Trump is, including Trump, his moral imbecility does not rise to the level of not knowing whether or not it is wrong to kill your kid. He uses the bully pulpit of the presidency to speak for the least of our unborn brothers and sisters consistently.
@Kaon I really don't understand what was funny about this post.

I appreciate trumps left leaning disregard for a balance budget. I don't appreciate the method that he accomplishes this; that he isn't spending it on much needed work projects and infrastructure and instead buying votes

I don't particularly feel the need to. Donald Trump is, quite simply, a bad man, unsuitable to be President, or indeed anywhere except in jail.
Saying he's "awful all of the time" is perfectly appropriate use of hyperbole, and I don't feel it necessary to qualify it by finding instances where he may have had a human moment or said something nice to someone.
Do you think Trump is capable of doing anything right in your opinion?

Are you sure that isn't the result of policies made to your local or state government?

If he is pushing to end late term abortion, does it matter what his perceived motives are?

I posted earlier that I was mistaken. It was actually only 92%. I apologize.
Anti-Trump Media? 92% Of Coverage Of His Presidency Is Negative: Study | Investor's Business Daily
And that's an editorial that has gained mythological status among Trump supporters. More importantly the "study" was from the Media Research Center which is one of Brent Bozell's political organs whose mission is, "expose and neutralize the propaganda arm of the Left: the national news media."

That study is not to be taken seriously by critical thinkers.

Maybe you could address the actual point of my response to another poster.

Challenge failed then huh?

Nope....I was asked if I could say one good thing about “the man”. There is nothing I can find redeeming about Donald Trump as a man....
